NO me extraña que este hotel no tenga más opiniones en TripAdvisor porque ya no es lo que alguna vez llegó a ser hace algunos pocos años, un hotelito modesto pero confortable y con buen servicio en el medio de La Habana. Esta última vez nuestra estancia fue pésima, comenzando por el servicio que nos declaró nuestra reserva previa por dos noches como NO SHOW y la canceló a pesar de haberlos llamado explícitamente dos veces por teléfono previamente para alertarlos de que llegaríamos tarde por problemas de transporte y haciéndonos pasar un mal rato sin luego disculparse por su mal trabajo. Habitaciones sin jabón, mal iluminadas, comida pésima y cara. En fin, NO recomendado.

Nós chegamos no hotel, um dia após o furacão Rafael, e mesmo em meio ao caos, ruas sem energia, o estabelecimento extremante lotado em virtude de realocação de outros hotéis e sem internet, todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente o gentente Aramis que me ajudou roteando a sua internet pessoal, para eu que pudesse avisar os meus filhos no Brasil. A comida é deliciosa, porém o restaurante tem muitassss moscas, o que dá um pouco de aflição. Não gostei do quarto que ficamos, a porta deu um problema, mas arrumaram prontamente. O serviço de limpeza é bom, e as camareiras muito simpáticas, assim, como todos os funcionários desse hotel. O hotel é perto de tudo, acredito que falte um pouco de manutenção, mas ele é lindo, e o senhor do piano, um querido da vida, com suas músicas trazendo leveza no café e jantar!!! Falando em café, muito bem servido, com muitas opções e os atendendes todos muito simpáticos. A área externa é lindaaaa, e agora com a reforma, está ainda mais gracioso. Com certeza, eu me hospedaria novamente, embora, falte uma piscina!! O wi fi do hotel funciona muito bem, mas somente na recepção !!!

I am waiting for transit another flying so i stay overnight. overall is good except for restaurant food is acceptable. And restaurant refused credit card and American money. I dont have cuban money for one day overnight. restaurant should offer credit card or American money.

Supero mis expectativas...!! Alojamiento en Cabaña confort excepcional, trato de personal fantástico y servicio de comidas muy bien elaborados. Aunque dista del centro de la ciudad, tiene cercanos puntos de ocio para disfrutar de la zona. Marina y El hotel viejo y el mar es un complejo turístico 100%recomendable.FELICITACIONES..!

We knew what to expect in Cuba, but still, you are not prepared for all. First of all we lost our first night in Cuba because the airline company changed the flight so we arrived second night very late. We got our room and we went to accommodate us. The hotel has some rooms without windows and we got one of that. The smell in the room was so bad (mixture of mold and urine)you couldn't even breathe . Even the bed linen was dirty and smell bad. My partner said he could not sleep there so he went down and speak with the receptionist to give us another room or if nothing available to change the bed linen for that night and after will see. Luckily she gave us another room ( I think one of the best in the hotel) with balcony ( the hotel has only 2 rooms with balcony so we got one of them) The smell still comes from bathroom but after we close the bathroom door was OK and we could keep the balcony door open for fresh air. The bed linen and towels look clean but with a lot of stains out. The breakfast was OK for Cuba, you couldn't expect more than that. Good coffee. The staff is nice and they try to help you. You must pay for Internet each day ( very cheap) but sometimes in the morning was very difficult for them to get a code. ( you need a code for each device ) The fact that they changed our room make our stay in Cuba overall good.
