Hotel 5-Star di Inner Mongolia, China

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

As we were stopping in Ordos for one night, the hotel’s impressive architecture (especially at night when the building is lit up) convinced us to stay there. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, breakfast from 7am offered plenty of choice, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel — in the room, lifts, and even the lobby, where people were smoking indoors, which seems quite common here.

Hotel very nice. I enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Service is great. Breakfast good enough. The door mam is very welcoming and gives a very good first impression.

I had a wonderful stay at Wanda Vista Hotel Hohhot. The hotel feels very luxurious from the moment you enter, with a beautiful lobby and elegant design. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff were polite and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of food. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it offers great value for a luxury stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot.

Conveniently situated on the river, short walk to the old town area. Complimentary fruit and afternoon tea were lovely welcome touches. The room size is good with heated bathroom floor and smart toilet. Staff were super friendly and helped me book a driver. Breakfast had a good selection however many of the dishes on the buffet were barely warm - a small negative on otherwise very comfortable and convenient stay.

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

The food was well-prepared and presented, making it a delightful start to the day. ●The hotel is located in a central area, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. ●Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The comfort, service, and facilities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

我預訂的時候特意寫了高樓層，但給了我2樓的房間，並且窗外是破屋頂……洗澡下水有點堵，然後早飯八點半去吃是涼的……基本都是涼的，包括菜和煎雞蛋，跟餐廳服務員反饋，她還嘴硬…… 好的是前台兩個女孩服務態度非常好，有求必應，也要第一時間幫我們換房間，但已經洗澡了就想着算了，不然搬東西什麼的很麻煩。總體來説還行吧，剛開業希望以後越來越完善吧。

It is probably off season so it was kind of empty but everything else was amazing…. I suggest don’t come here before May because of cold and windy days! The hotel is like a museum!

Great location, one of the best hotels in the city. Parking was easy underground and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had a great view of the city and was incredibly clean. Overall; an excellent stay!
