Excellent service and very highly qualified staff was a pleasant stay here I specially want to mentioned about front desk staff very kind and cooperative front desk manager Mr Aoqi wang and miss Michelle both treat me a vip services and complimentary drinks 🍸 both can speak in English and I didn't felt any hurdles during communication they provides me info about surrounding attractions inner Mongolia and arrange self drive 🚗 Rent a car which is highly appreciated, because Mr Aoqi Wang kind and professional attitude I extended my stay 1 day to 4 days , and I am looking forward to stay in same hotel again whenever I visit to batoa , highly recommended nice clean and comfortable big rooms with beautiful veiw of city and mountain ⛰️ ,best location near by Wanda plaza Western food available all food brands just by a walking 🚶‍♂️ distance best place to stay specially for foreigner's visitors.

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

Hotel is in very central location and very close to the tourism hot spots, very convenient. Although the hotel is rather old, all facilities are functional and still at the highest standard, a large gym with wide range of equipments and a large yoga studio. I didn't use the poole but it looks very nice. Front desk manager Carrie Guo was very helpful. I had an evening flight and she helped me extend my stay to 3PM with no problem. Breakfast is pretty good, many options to choose from. The local cuisines include Mongolian milk tea, steamed ”Shaomai”& Mongolian cheese sticks etc. Very nice! There are also free of charge Mongolian traditional dresses to try on and use for photographies, a bonus point for me! I would definitely recommend it to other fellow travellers.

The hotel located on the South Bank of the river, 3-4 km away from the center of Kangbashi district. There's a park/walking-jogging-biking lane in front of the hotel and along the river to the bridge to the opposite. If you like to walk and want to stay in a quiet place, I recommend here. By the way you can call a taxi/Didi easily. The hotel staff couldn't speak English but they kindly helped you so far they could. You should ask them to add WeChat for they can answer you easily cuz WeChat offers translation function. The room we stayed was large, bright and clean, has good view if you choose river view.

訂了一個大床房，顯示好像叫單人房。房間很大，設施確實比較老了，感覺維護不善，因為介紹是2017年開業的，感覺也並不是很久。電視一片雪花，百葉窗關不嚴。但也有優點，服務好，進大堂帥哥主動幫忙運行李，早餐也不錯。窗邊欣賞河景，停車也方便，這些都是老酒店的優勢吧。入住時前台一再叮囑如果有當地特產的小黑蟲，可以告知並處理。屋裡確實有一衹，應該是死的，沒有理它。

先説好的：風景一流 酒店房間設計也超讚 非常好看 私密性很好 床品超級舒適 睡的超好 房間配的奶製品很好吃甚至讓我種草了打算買同款 晚餐雖然價格略高但是味道和食材都非常好 早餐雖然種類不多但是也都很好吃 可惜沒有咖啡想喝衹能付費去買 （感覺很摳搜）餐廳部門的整體服務也超級nice 很熱情周到 ……….再説一些我覺得應該提升的地方：感覺酒店人手不夠？還是旺季人多服務不過來？反正跟我之前入住的其它配備管家的酒店完全不同 這邊的客房部及管家服務基本上🟰沒服務… 缺少主動和熱情 門卡給了兩張但未告知其中有一張衹是取電卡 所以出去溜達一圈回來發現帶出來的那張卡開不開門 正常其實隨便來個人給開下門就好了 但是卻讓我回到公區重新做門卡 在外面玩了一大圈回來的真的很疲憊了 住的地方走到公區再走回來還是有點路的 內心略有不爽 再就是之前有看到有條評論説房間配的水不夠喝去要被告知要額外收費 我要了水沒有收費 但是那時候沒水了 正常任何一個酒店至少會説等下給您送幾瓶過去之類的話吧 小夥説你回去燒點熱水喝行嗎 … 還有歡迎水果正常也該有的 但是沒有 被遺忘了的感覺很不好 而且總不能自己追着人家要吧 跟沒吃過水果一樣 這也是酒店交接的失誤吧 還是真的忘了… 淋浴間排水很差 需要維護了 水下的很慢 滿了就會溢出去為了防止溢出去到處都是水 衹能開一會停一會 洗澡洗的也很麻煩
