All necessities are provided. Including toothbrush, toilet paper, tissue paper and tower. A small lift build in. There is a water dispenser at the walk way. Forgot to take the photo in the day. Best price and not too far to Sutera mall. Around the hotel have a lot of Korean restaurants.

Malam pertama di tingkat 2 semuanya baik, bilik bersih dan menyegarkan, menempah malam ke-2 saya mendapat bilik tingkat tiga 301, 301A & 301B sangat bising, kanak-kanak menjerit ibu bapa bercakap kuat tidak dapat rehat yang baik mereka malah memasak di dalam bilik, merokok dan berbau di seluruh bilik

The stay exceeded my expectations. Both the room and walkways were clean and pleasant. The only drawback was the lack of a hairdryer. Still, I would happily return in the future. Good location with a covered walkway to the JB Sentral.

Penyambut tetamu hotel sangat ramah dan membantu. Dia membenarkan saya untuk daftar masuk awal tanpa sebarang caj tambahan. Tempat ini hanya kira-kira 500m dari pusat membeli-belah. Lobi mempunyai Kedai Kejujuran (Honesty Store) jadi anda boleh mendapatkan snek pada bila-bila masa, terutamanya pada lewat malam. Penginapan yang bagus, bersih dan selesa.

Untuk harga yang dibayar, saya menjangkakan satu lagi motel murah. Saya terkejut kerana daftar masuknya lancar dan biliknya hebat. Tiada bilik mandi yang berkulat, cadar & tuala bersih, TV pintar, penghawa dingin sejuk.
Satu-satunya keburukan yang saya dapat fikirkan - tiada cangkuk pakaian di dalam bilik mahupun bilik mandi. Gulungan kertas tandas terdedah tanpa pemegang bertutup untuk mengelakkan pancuran daripada membasahkannya.
Memandangkan harga & keselesaannya, saya akan menginap di sini lagi.

AAA2191. The hotel is clean and not many people staying probably is because of the location where you need to reach by car.
2. Reception area have a water dispenser which you can refill the drinking water without additional charges.
3. The room is spacious, big and clean. However if your room is facing the main road it will be super noisy, 24/7 noise causes us unable to sleep well.
4. No lift in this hotel, so for heavy luggage traveller need to take note on this.

GGuest UserCons: No locker provided; Not-welcoming receptionist; access card not working; roommate talking to the phone till midnight which was disturbing, earplugs given but ineffective to block noise; room door broken and couldn't lock; toilet was smelly and floor was always wet; some dirt on the table inside my cubicle; see-through blind; the dorm was probably meant for long-term working occupants as there were some weird rules.
Pros: walking distance to Komtar JBCC and CIQ; towel (dirty), toothbrush and earplugs (not useful) were provided; being the most effortable option at time of booking.
This was my first time staying in a capsule hostel. Honestly, it was a mixed and slightly negative experience but for a short rest it is still marginally acceptable.

MMaddog220The location of this small budget hotel is great for couples or small groups of 3-4 pax and it’s just next to the big seafood restaurants (King and New Seafood Restaurants) which is next to the jetty.
The room is rather big and clean the toilet is adequate and everything works, so no worries. But as a budget traveller,, please don’t expect bells and whistles for the price u are paying per night. .this place is suitable if u only want a good and clean environment to stay for 1-2 days. There are many eateries around this hotel too and they even have their own restaurant downstairs. Everywhere is easily within walking distance from hotel.
The best thing about this place is the reception staffs. They are all very friendly and warm ppl and willing to help if u need any tourist information about Kukup.
The only complaint is the limited parking in front of the hotel. They have only 1 parking lot for hotel guest & 1 parking lot for the restaurant guests. So if u are driving, u have to be lucky if no one is parking at the hotel lot and u can park there for free. If not u have to park elsewhere at the many free public carparks or or paid guarded carpark lots at RM10 per day.
I would definitely stay here again if not coming as a big group.

GGuest UserReceptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋
