Such a nice place to go for weekend relaxation. We love the infinity pool and the cleanliness of the entire area. The food is good; if you want barbecue, be sure to order in advance or, better yet, bring your own meat. Unfortunately, we ordered, we waited, and then, after more than 30 minutes, they told us it wasn't available anymore. Also, it's so hard to take a taxi or Didi from there; we've asked the receptionist to help us, but she said they couldn't. We hope the receptionist can be more accommodating and helpful. Anyway,after an hour of waiting, we've got our own taxi without their help. But overall, we like staying there, and we will definitely come back for the infinity pool and nature.

合肥極限24小時，對比很多酒店後選擇了合肥明珠廣場歐風街漫心酒店。首先，酒店位置處在歐洲街，景色好又很安靜，很出片，周圍超市和餐館都有很多選擇，離各個景點和合肥南站都是十幾分鐘的車程。最重要的是，酒店設施很好，房間寬敞，床品舒適，可以休息的很好。而且酒店服務也很贊，店員都很温柔熱心，非常感謝小陳，不僅接待服務細緻周到，幫忙升級了房型，還幫我把遺失的充電器和我買的點心寄了快遞！非常好！強推！

Great first stay in this hotel. Location is perfect for our needs. Clean and spacious room, well tended hotel garden, excellent service by the reception staff and bell attendant.
Executive lounge benefits were used at the adjacent Pullman Hotel, both hotels share this service.

WWenwenZhangI recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler.
The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm.
Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless.
Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable.
( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:)
This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

PPengguna Tetamu春節旅行的最後一站，原本打算停留在南京，卻因堵車而臨時改變計劃，將最後一站定在合肥，緣分使然，我在駱崗中央公園美居酒店住了一晚。這是一家新開的酒店，所有設施都極為整潔、乾淨且清爽。房間空間十分寬敞，各個角落都能體現出酒店對細節的嚴格把控與用心。洗護用品、吹風機以及小童拖鞋、小童牙刷等都非常不錯，酒店的早餐也很豐富。我特別喜歡這裏，要是下次有機會的話，還會再次光顧。

PPengguna TetamuIt was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm
and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in
the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in.
The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel.
In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed.
After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to
optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour.
The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful!
Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

AAllicerawesome place for a staycation in Hefei! It’s clean, has a nice view, and is a perfect place for relaxation and to enjoy the beauty of Emerald Lake! Friendly staffs, they’ve given me a surprise cake for my birthday, superb! And they have a robot that is super cute. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, we haven’t tried the restaurant for dinner because it’s full and we need to book in advance. Anyway, we will definitely come back and recommend this to our friends.

PPengguna TetamuI've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

IiibrohimmThe room I booked was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities that I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of travel.
The room was also equipped with a television, which I enjoyed watching during my downtime. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. The overall ambiance of the room was cozy and welcoming.
One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's customer service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that all my needs were met during my stay. It’s also the “Swan Lake”
