The staff is helpful to show around the rooms available. The room is very new and modern. The furniture are high quality. Breakfast has enough choices and taste good.

The staff are very friendly. Everything is good. The only problem is that there are several steps in main entrance and there is no ramp that is clearly visible at the main entrance. Hence, it is difficult to carry luggage into the building.

門口比較難找 靠導航穿過火車站正對面商場就到，但如果走邊上的路 拖着行李箱的石頭路一直輪子響 不好拖。 酒店是新裝修的 還有一股新酒店的味道 設計很不錯。但是 窗户全部不能開 問了前台 説安全原因。我個人特別不喜歡這一點。 但其他都還好 酒店衞生間也很大。

내부 구조와 시설이 좋음. 아주 훌륭함. 대신 비싼 호텔임. 헬싱키 중앙역에서 매우 가까움. 헬싱키공항에서 기차타고 헬싱키 중앙역에 도착하고 난 후 정문에서 나오면 맨 먼저 보이는 거대하고 멋있는 건물이 sokos호텔임. sokos호텔은 하룻밤에 대략 190유로 정도하는 호텔임. 정면에서 좌측으로 보면 건물이 쫙 있는데 그 건물 중 하나가 그랜드 한사 호텔임. 겉으로 봐서는 눈에 안띄는 호텔임. '그랜드 한사'호텔은 하룻밤에 대략 350유로 정도 하는 호텔임. 비싸니까 당연히 좋은 호텔이지요. 호텔 바로 앞에 식당,쇼핑 등 다양한 편의시설이 있지요. 바로 앞 Stocmann백화점에서 옷이나 신발, 화장품도 살 수 있고. 대형서점도 근처에 있어요.

This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Helsinki. It’s just a short walk away from the main square market and has cafes, bars and restaurants all around. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. A fresh bottle of water is left in the room each day and the Nespresso coffee machine and pods are also a nice touch. To top it all there’s actually a really good hairdryer in the bathroom! Staff is very pleasant and attentive. The trip from the airport by train is easy to manage and drops you at Central Railway Station which is just around the corner from the hotel.

The trip was planned for one night, but the hotel surprised us with its high level of service and maintenance, so we decided to stay for two nights. The hotel is very beautiful, modern, clean. The staff provides very high-quality service, both at the reception, in the restaurant, as well as room cleaning and service. Many thanks to the reception, Trittni and Zouhair. The food and service in the restaurant are also at a very high level, we recommend it to everyone, we ourselves want to come back. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Everything was simply perfect, the location of the hotel, the room, the breakfast, etc. but what really made the difference were the people, all the employees were so polite, professional, nice, helpful… that made us feel like at home. But there is one person who deserves special mention: Simo. Kiitos Simo, thanks a lot, for us you made the difference, it was a pleasure everyday meeting you at reception willing to help.

NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa is one of the best hotels in Helsinki. Perfectly located with great staff and amenities. A just stay for any traveler to Finland.

We stayed here for 1 night. Very nicely renovated old building. Everything is spot on including the service. Breakfast was very good and the espresso from the Hansa coffee was a very good treat. Overall a very pleasant experience. Only the options for wifi make no sense for such a hotel.

### Grand Hansa Hotel - An Exceptional Birthday Stay I recently stayed at Helsinki's newest hotel, the Grand Hansa, on the eve of my birthday, and the experience was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to acknowledge my birthday, even delivering birthday flowers ordered by a friend to my room. The room itself was very clean, though not exceptionally spacious. The interior was quite stylish, albeit the use of different types of wood was slightly distracting. The bathroom was spacious and featured a multifunctional toilet, which added a fun touch. The breakfast was undoubtedly one of the best in Helsinki, offering an excellent variety. I was also given a tour of the event, celebration, and meeting facilities, which were absolutely stunning. The historical elements have been beautifully integrated into the design by Carola Rytsölä. The old Seurahuone hotel has been updated into remarkable spaces for meetings, events, and celebrations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. At breakfast, I was particularly impressed that omelets were brought to the table, eliminating the need to queue. The selection included many Finnish specialties, such as fresh peas and mushroom salad. Everything I could have wished for was available. I highly recommend the Grand Hansa Hotel for anyone visiting Helsinki.

We only stayed here for 1 night on an extempore basis for a staycation, but it was definitely worth it. The room was Grand studio XL, and the room most definitely was size XL. There was a sepate toilet from the rest of the bathroom on the other side of the large room, which was really nice. The toilet was also japanese (hightech). The room design was very detailed, everything was spottles and paid attention to. The tv was atleast 60 inches too! The automatic curtains and lightings were also very handy. The room has a few minor issues too, the main issue being the huge leak that occured from the roof (from the AC machine) that leaked a huge puddle right over my wallet over the night. However, when we noted the staff, they handled it and gave us a small compensation. The other weird thing was that there was no trash can in the bathroom. The hotel is designed and styled immaculately throughout the property. Every corner has been finalized with attention to detail and the hotel really is a pleasure to the eyes. If you are a fan of a hard bed, this is your place to be! However, I was not so it was a bit of a struggle to sleep, but 90% of four to low five star hotels have beds exactly like these, so that is nothing to complain about. The pillows however were a bit hard, the 2 small ones were super low, and the 1 large one was super hard and high. Sleepwise, this was not spectacular. The breakfast was super! They had everything one can ask for in a hotel of this category. The display of the foods was also really nice as the restaurant is fancy and displays the foods beautifully. The only downside were the croissants, which most definitely were not freshly baked at the property. The location is the best in city, 10 steps from the 2 largest shopping malls, 20 steps from the train station, 10 steps from Stockmann, the high end department store, and 10 steps from the main shopping street. The staff was friendly, but not like in Ritz or Pensinsulas. Perhaps I did expect a bit more high end customer service, as for example I do not know if they offer luggage service to the room and terms like ”sir” or ”Mr” were not used. However, the staff was never rude and did provide every act of service we requested, from delivering our Foodora order to the room to bringing more coffee at breakfast. I might even go as far as saying that this might be the best hotel in town, especially considering the price, which is below the other top hotels in Helsinki.

The hotel's central location was perfect for our stay in Helsinki. It was close to transportation, shops, and a wide variety of restaurants, allowing us to fully experience the city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable during our visit. The individual at the front desk, Zouhair, was particularly outstanding. He efficiently checked us in and happily accommodated all of our requests. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others visiting Helsinki.
