Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Room design is great. Spacious. Great variety in breakfast buffet. Nice sauna and gym.

I booked a king-size bed room for three nights. The photos on the website showed a spacious room with a large front-facing window and a park view. However, when I checked in at the front desk, both my friend and I were given extremely poor rooms. As Asians, we felt we were being discriminated against. Guests checking in after us were given much better park-view rooms. The room I was given was extremely small — the smallest on the entire floor — with only one tiny window and an awkward slanted beam taking up space. The hotel staff claimed that ‘every room has a different layout’ and told us they were fully booked so no room changes were possible. But during our three-night stay, we passed by many rooms and none had such a bad layout. Also, I had booked a king-size bed, but they initially gave me a queen-size bed. Only after I complained did they say I could upgrade — but only if I paid extra. This is unacceptable and felt like clear racial discrimination. Fortunately, the booking platform later helped coordinate and arranged a partial refund for me.

Directly opposite the hotel is a small, quiet park. The location is excellent, being very close to the city center, port, and subway, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. There's also a great coffee shop just a short walk downstairs. Overall, I really liked my stay. The only minor point is that there was no kettle in the room for boiling water, and I had to ask for one. I'd suggest the hotel consider proactively providing kettles, especially for Asian guests, and Chinese visitors in particular, as it's a common preference.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect, from its facilities (gym, sauna) to its prime location in the Design District. However, most rooms had a noticeable new construction/renovation smell, and the windows don't open. This might be an issue for those sensitive to strong odors.

Fantastic location, within walking distance to various shopping malls. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable and relaxing lounge area outside the breakfast restaurant, which was perfect for a quick break or catching up on some work. The room wasn't huge, but the sofa bed was a great addition, perfectly accommodating our family of three.

Room is clean and very spacious. Beds are also bouncy but firm. However, there is no water kettle in the room. Breakfast variety is limited but sufficient We also went to the Gym. The gym is well equipped and exceeds our expectations for a hotel located near the city centre. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay

The hotel is around ten minutes walk from the train station. The room is neat and tidy with gym and sauna room for use. Recommend!

The free buffet breakfast is a great perk, and the ambiance is lovely! Definitely recommend. It offers excellent value for money, and luggage storage is available, which is really convenient. Check-in was super easy – just needed my passport number. Plus, its central Helsinki location means getting around is a breeze.

Great location and lovely hotel. Standard rooms had limited amenities, did not have a kettle but overall the hotel was good. Had a sauna and well equipped gym

Location was central and it was perfect. Room was nice with very basic amenities. Had to store our luggage before and after checkin which was pretty fuss free.

Great value for money, room large enough for one person to stay. The shower booth is spacious and not cramped. Loved the variety of breakfast! Plenty of seating so it was comfortable.

The room is very clean. Anyway, it would be better if they got provide the slippers and tooth brush.
