Worker needs to be more friendly.Food was excellent Mr Husain was very helpful in Restaurant .Food at Mexican restaurant was very good.

Нам все очень понравилось. Хороший домашний риф, есть пляж с прекрасным песком, в бунгало есть все необходимое, сервис на высоте, все очень доброжелательные. Отличный выбор алкоголя, свежевыжатые соки, 2 ресторана по меню, вкусно, сытно разнообразно. Есть неплохой фитнес центр, прокат каное, в общем лично мне придраться можно только к тому, что в отель очень быстро летит время, хочется вернуться обратно, твёрдая 5!!!

We travelled to Taj Coral Reef for our daughter’s first birthday and honestly couldn’t have picked a better property. From the moment we landed to the moment we took off back for our home, it was a truly memorable experience. We were made to feel special thoughout our stay by the lovely staff. While everything about the hotel was top class, two things really stood out: the Food and the warmth of the staff. Most of our meals were at Bokkura, however one felt like dining at any high end restaurant in India. The flavours were so authentic, we felt we never left the shores in the first place! Each dish had the signature Taj touch to it: it took you back home to India but not just to any restaurant back home, probably to the best you’ve been to, and imagine dining there four days in a row! I can go back to the hotel just for the food! What made the food even more special were the people serving it. Special shout out to Laine, Raaya, Imali and a couple of other gentlemen at Bokkura whose name, unfortunately, I can’t remember. They made us feel at home, despite having a cranky one year old with us. And while we had just the solitary meal at The Reef Bar, Abigail was amazing with her hospitality. The surprise cake for our little one and the wonderful design on the bed with palm leaves wishing her a Happy Birthday are a few things that truly make Taj special and bring about the element of customer delight that is absolutely unparalleled in the industry. Special shout out to Abdul for being a fabulous go-to person for all our needs. Can’t wait to go back again!

We are very happy and satisfied with the gesture of whole staff. Specially i want to highlight the support and great gesture of Ms. IMALI. She has made every visit of mine very comfortable and pleasant. even my 2 year kid seems to be happy seeing her. I wish her great success in life and wish to see people like her in all my trips. You do really a great job, always very courteous and smiling face. Thanks for all you support to me and my family.

I stayed in a beach villa which had a comfortable room; a well designed washroom with an enclosed open shower area attached to it. I loved the porch outside with seating going down to it's own little private beach with a hammock looking into the ocean! Housekeeping services were excellent; on my birthday, I was delighted to enter my room in the evening to see a beautiful Happy Birthday written on the bed with a cake and flowers made out of leaves and flower petals! I loved the creativity and the thought that went into it. There was also a small cake kept in the room. I feel the food at the all day dining restaurant could be better; same goes for F&B service! The cocktails at the Bar needed more creativity. The grills were good; I ordered prawns in butter garlic sauce which were delicious. The Front Office staff was efficient, helpful and courteous! The Spa was very well designed; the services could be reasonably priced; even after 50% discount a body massage was expensive. Although, the masseuse did a wonderful job! One feature which really stood out for me was the photo session at different locations on the property and one complimentary photo given as a momento framed in a lovely Resort folder! Wonderful experience special mention to all the staff who strive there best to satisfy guestsVery supportive and attentive staff, 10 out of 10 for all the staff who are striving really hard to satisfy guests...I would recommend to change the towels and bathrobes as they are really old
