Ulasan Mirabello Hotel

I arrived very late at night to a totally unsuitable unmade room The young man on reception immediately sorted out a new room which was clean and comfortable. He provided cold drinking water which was lovely after a long journey and offered any assistance needed. Very central to town and transport. 1 minor point - tea, coffee etc provided but need some sachets of milk. Would stay again and is recommended.

This family are absolutely lovely. I arrived unexpectedly after being in Heraklion Hospital. They went above & beyond for me & I will be eternally grateful. The hotel is a family run business, incredibly clean, with lovely accommodation. I can't rate this hotel, and it's owners, highly enough.

We stayed here for three nights. The location in the old town is great, everything is near. The room was clean, with everything you need, it was cleaned daily. Wifi was great. One notice to people with car, you can park for free in the street where hotel is located, but don't expect to find free parking spot always, because it's pretty busy street. There are paid parkings nearby.

Been there in a group of 12 for two nights at the beginning of our trip and at the end of it. The location is super, cause it is close to the main square and at the same time to the place where all the car rentals are. This said, we had difference experiences, cause the triple rooms where nicer than the double ones. The triple rooms are nicer and recently renovated while the double are old style!

This is my second time staying at the Mirabello Hotel. It is not fancy, however that is not something I look for in a hotel. I look for location, security, cleanliness and wifi. This has all of the above. The staff is super friendly. Our beds were changed daily as were our towels. The rooms are small but very very clean. As for location, you are in the middle of everything Heraklion has to offer in a few steps, and the price is extremely reasonable. There is City Parking Garage conveniently located close by for any rental car you may have. (Pay for the parking for your ENTIRE stay in advance. It is considerably cheaper and you will have no headaches. )

We stayed for one night after arrival at Heraklion airport. The hotel is standard and the rooms are clean. Beds are ok as. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Good value for your money, but nothing special about the hotel. Just very standard. Parking is about 100 meters from the hotel.

We’ve been going to the Mirabello for years and have been impressed by all the renovations and improvements that have been made recently. It is a family run hotel which is very friendly and welcoming. Most people stay only for a very short stay before moving off to other parts of the island. It is well worth lingering in Heraklion which, with its recent pedestrianisation of the historic centre is an attractive destination.

The hotel is in great location, being a very short walk to the centre of town. Bakeries and a Supermarket close by too. The rooms are basic, clean and certainly adequate enough for a short stay in Heraklion. The staff are also very hospitable and helpful. Recommended.

Abbuamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti. Piccolo hotel in posizione ottima vicino al porto e alle principali attrazioni. La camera era piccola, ma con tutti i comfort. Diversi locali nelle vicinanze. Personale gentile e parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze.

In posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dal mare e dalla Serenissima Rocca a mare, personale molto cortese e preparato, stanza pulita e luminosa, aria condizionata, a pochi metri c'è un parcheggio piuttosto caro, altrimenti bisogna armarsi di pazienza e cercare un buco nelle stradine, consigliato

Μικρο ξενοδοχειο με απλα και καθαρα δωματια σε μικρο κεντρικο δρομακι της πολης. Τα δωματια ειναι φρεσκοανακαινισμενα. Ειναι μια οικονομικη λυση για περιηγηση στην πολη και για εκδρομες στη γυρω περιοχη.
