Hotel Herzegovina-Neretva Canton dengan Spa

POINTS FORTS : HOTEL magnifique, chambre incroyable, piscine à débordement sur l'Adriatique...MAIS Parti pour la première fois en club FRAMISSIMA pour notre fils de 6 ans, les équipements ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur : 2 tables de ping pong, un petit local et une seule animatrice ( certes fantastique - Merci CHLOE ) mais qui n'est pas remplacée lors d'un arrêt maladie : 2 jours d'absence - 3 si on compte le fait que notre fils était le seul enfant présent à l'hotel lors de son retour, impossible de le laisser seul sans amis avec qui jouer. Cet hotel n'est simplement pas fait pour les enfants (pas de toboggans dans les piscines... et une seule animatrice qui, même si elle est formidable, est seule pour gérer 20 gamins... Manque de personnel flagrant. Le buffet est indigne d'un 4 étoiles, on dirait un flunch médiocre de zone industrielle... A fuir Les jus de fruits et sodas sont des machines à poudre qui se mélange, c'est inbuvable, le seul bon repas est le diner à l'assiette une fois par semaine si vous partez via FRAM. Les excursions sont très chères est menées au pas de course - nous avons fait les iles ELAPHYTES - 212 euros pour 3 - départ 8H30 - 45 minutes sur la premiere ile, 1H30 sur la deuxime, juste le temps de manger sur la superbe terrasse du capitaine (BON REPAS) et deux heures sur la dernière ou notre guide très sympathique DANIL nous explique que la belle plage de sable blanc nécessite de prendre un tuk tuk - 10 e aller - 10 euros retour pour 3 pour arriver sur une plage moche et bndée à 8 euros le jus d'orange et 16 le cocktail - sable beton rendant la mer sombre, loin des turquoises de l'adriatique - retour 16H ce qui vous ramène à l'hotel à 18H30 - très cher pour 4 heures de découvertes cause temps de bateau et de bus... Concernant les animateurs, rien à redire (UN GROS MERCI A GERALD que j'ai réveillé à 6 heures du mat en panique car le taxi du retour nous avait oublié), Merci à CHLOE, ils sont disponibles et très sympa mais c'est clairement le système FRAM qui est à revoir. Je saurais ce que je sais maintenant, je n'aurais jamais pris FRAM all inclusive mais juste l'hotel et fais les excursions par moi meme en louant une voiture, cela revient bien moins cher et vous n'têtes pas fixé sur un seul point de Bosnie...

Room was spacious and clean. Air Condition worked like a charm. Big balcony and view on Mostar is also a great addition. Staff was very polite, a la carte lunch was delicious and breakfast was very very very nice. Lots of different food and fruits. Espresso was nice too. When it comes to spa, if you are coming here to relax by the pool, or in the sauna, well don't. The pool is small, sauna wasn't warm enough and hammaam was out of order. In addition to that some rude kids and parent were swimming, shouting, playing with beach balls i this small pool now allowing anyone to relax. Everyone complained at least five times, staff was trying really hard to get that in order but in vain. In other hotels they would be expelled but in this one. Overall experience was really positive. Hotel Mepas in Mostar, which is located in the center and within the shopping mall, is really beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and it also has its own indoor pool, jacuzzi, wellness center, and the food in the restaurant is really delicious, plentiful and varied, and what I would rate the most is great kindness of all the employees in this wonderful hotel and all these people are in fact a real proud pillar of this facility. THANK YOU Thank you all for your hospitality, because I, as a person with special needs, enjoyed myself, but it's really nice to come to your hotel and feel like you're at home, and I'm sure we'll see each other again.. All in all, everyone who wants to come to Mostar I highly recommend Hotel Mepas Hotel with soul!!! thank you i really enjoyed it....

Brand new hotel with spacious and modern rooms offering excellent service and personalized breakfast. Plenty of parking and close proximity to Apparition Hill. Great property for Americans used to modern conveniences. The staff went above and beyond as they had just reopened (most places close January and February ) and they even sent out for a wine opener and had it delivered to our room in less than 15 minutes. The road from Zagreb/Slit is state of the art with few cars. The road to Dubrovnik is full of curves and more traffic but a shorter distance.

This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here. PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.
