It was great! The staff at the restaurant and bar were so kind and attentive, which was great. However, there was a little bit of a disappointment at the reception. I was frustrated because there were some parts where the same request wasn't properly implemented no matter how many times I asked, whether it was a communication issue. I called and visited the lobby 2-3 times to change the check-out time (the time the boat leaves the island), but it kept going around and around every time a new employee came to work. Anyway, other than that, I was satisfied. The environment was good enough to cover up the minor disappointments. The food was also delicious!

1. Hygiene status: There are bugs in the wooden closet of the water bungalow; how many blood (?) Traces (?) Are found on the bedding from the opening of the quilt ... 2, buffet meals in general. Ignoring the above, the scenery on the island is still great! This scenery alone is worth the return trip!

Replenish your honeymoon with your wife and enjoy the resort at a glance. The environment is so good that you can jump out into the Indian Ocean to go swimming and snorkeling every day. The sea is full of colorful tropical fish, sharks, devil fish, sea urchins and sea cucumbers. I can understand what a super service is from the time I haven't started. We stayed on the 3rd, but arrived in Male on the 2nd night. The resort had communicated with my hotel in Male in advance. The hotel is far from Male and has to be transferred to an inland flight. Fortunately, the hotel has arranged a lounge in Malé Airport with buffet and wifi. Because the weather is not very good, the piers arriving at the hotel are quite large. The pool beach house is large and comfortable, the pool is on the edge of the beach and there is an open-air bathroom in addition to the regular bathroom. The water house is slightly smaller than the pool beach house, but the scenery is better and the privacy is stronger. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the waterfront of the water house can be opened, and the sea view can be enjoyed on the bed, but it is not 180 degrees, and there is a TV block in the middle. Breakfast is a la carte + buffet style. You can order two dishes and one drink. Only fruit, bread, water and milk are self-service. Dinner is an order, a starter + a main course + a dessert, basic to eat, but water and drinks are available for an extra charge, and the chef's recommended dishes on the menu are also charged, but can enjoy 50 %discount. Consumption on the island is more expensive, and service fees and taxes are added. The SPA experience is good, there is a Spa village, only 30 minutes of honeymoon experience. The island has a nice view but only one main beach. Affected by the seawater warming in 17 years, the staghorn corals in the offshore area are seriously damaged. They are more distressed, but there are signs of recovery. There are still more creatures in the sea. Snorkeling can see small white fin sharks, small black fin sharks, eagle owls and crickets. Island reef diving is more general, mainly because the coral is seriously damaged, the boat dive to other islands, it is more expensive, but a sister who heard it said it is very good, and surely, the horse diving is good. The weather is not very good. There are no sunny days in the evening. The last night I got up at 4 in the morning and finally saw the starry sky. It was really spectacular, but the angle was not good, I couldn’t shoot it, and it didn’t take long to be bright. The return hotel arrangement is better, the itinerary is informed in advance, and arriving in Male will help you arrange a pick-up hotel transfer or transfer. Overall, this honeymoon is not bad, except for the weather and the distressing corals.

住的沙灘房，臨海邊。島的浮潛還行，珊瑚也不少白化，但是總體魚不少，能看見海龜，蝠鱝，鯊魚。前台碼頭能看到不少魚，還有水屋一側珊瑚魚也不少。設施有點老舊，房間中規中矩。新水屋建的不錯，挺現代。食物總體不錯。説是一價全包 all in, 房間裏冰箱軟飲是收費的。 酒店管家客服比較冷淡。自己訂的，郵件回覆不及時。最後有點失望是，我們回國的機票是晚上8點半，酒店居然早晨4點半讓我們起來走。到馬累機場才6點50，害的我們一家在馬累耗了一整天。客服居然説沒有看到我給他們發的郵件和回程飛機訊息，我出發前早就發了。島上有各種活動，還不錯。另外租皮划艇漿板還要收費，不像別的島大方。

It would be nice to communicate directly with the butler. Sand houses and water houses have their own characteristics. If you want to snorkel, I recommend sand houses. The beach reefs out of sand houses are better and suitable for snorkeling. The view of the water house is also invincible, the sea can be seen from all angles, but the snorkeling is almost.

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!
