This hotel was luxurious, the lobby came with a chandelier and a very nice high tea cafe seating area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the Hiroshima train station and the sightseeing loop bus is directly below the hotel. There is also plenty of shops selling souvenirs and eating places within the station mall area.
Amazing location! Room was very spacious could easily pack 2 luggage’s without fighting for space.

The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

Our stay at the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima was quite enjoyable. The standout feature was definitely the room size - it was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to many other hotels we've experienced in Japan. This extra space made our stay much more comfortable and relaxing.
The hotel's location is another big plus. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to access many of Hiroshima’s-attractions. We found it to be a great base for exploring the city, with good transportation and tourist bus links from Hiroshima station nearby.
The staff were polite and helpful, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
One area where there's room for improvement is the breakfast options. While adequate, we felt the variety could be expanded, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. A wider range of choices would have been appreciated.
Despite this minor drawback, we had a very positive experience overall. The combination of the exceptionally spacious rooms and the convenient location made our stay in Hiroshima both comfortable and efficient. We would recommend the Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to other travelers, particularly those who value room space and a good location.

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very satisfied with it. It is strategically located near the JR Hiroshima station, just a 5min walk from the nearest exit. The hotel is also very near the street car station (just behind the hotel) which we used it to get to many places in hiroshima easily.
There are many malls within the vicinity, with a big Edion mall just opposite the hotel and big camera just about less than 5mins walk away. There's also a Lawson just right downstairs so that you can get any snacks or drinks easily.
The room is very clean and isn't very small as expected. We were able to open up our 24inch luggage easily. You can also store your luggage under the bed. The amenities are free for everyone at the reception counter. You'll have to collect it yourself so we collected our 3days supply so we don't have to keep going to reception floor to get it.
Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay here again if we visit Hiroshima in future.

this hotel is convenient walk from Hiroshima station.here are the directions...make sure you exit from South Station then walk down escaltors, turn left pass the tram station and keep walking strait for around 10 min and you will arrive at hotel on left side.

Perfect location for the main sights of Hiroshima - we walked to them all from the hotel but if you want to get the loop bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room was well sized and very clean and comfortable although probably a little dated. The view was our room was very special though! A final bonus, a free happy hour for guests on the top floor! Staff were all really friendly :) I would stay here again.

Booked this as a budget option during golden week so was thinking it would be quite basic but this was the best room we had for the whole time we were in Japan , the room was fairly large by Japan standards and looked like it was newly modernised with a fabulous walk in shower with rainfall head. All amenities available if you had forgotten anything like toothbrush, hair bobbles , ear buds etc Towels changed daily but no housekeeping , not a problem as we were only there for 2 nights Situated right in the heart of the Hiroshima bar and restaurant area with a large shopping centre about 5 mins walk away kso not far to walk back on a night out but also only a 10 min walk to the peace park Great links back to the station with a bus at one end of the street and a street car at the other a few mins walk away Fabulous would recommend

We had a fantastic stay here while exploring the beautiful city of Hiroshima. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel's location is very convenient, offering easy access to popular city attractions. Our room was comfortable and provided a stunning view of the city. A unique touch was being given coins to buy drinks or desserts at the bar on the 14th floor. We highly recommend The Knot Hiroshima for its excellent service, great amenities, and perfect location!

Fantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

PPengguna TetamuThe location could not be more perfect. It's a two block walk to the Atomic Bomb Memorial Museum and Park. It's in the most walkable neighborhood possible with great paths along the rivers for jogging or walking. There are delightful restaurants within two or three blocks: I had vegan one night (Lave), Vietnamese another night, French a third night, Japanese okonomiyaki a fourth night, and Turkish a fifth night! I was disappointed I didn't get to try the Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood but I ran out of nights. While I was staying at WeBase, an entire high school overseas group also stayed there. I did not hear a thing! The rooms seem completely soundproof. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff was super helpful and knew the answer to specific questions I had about services in Hiroshima like where to mail a postcard or buy a suitcase. They let me email them a document to print it off as well. My only suggestion: I wish they had coffee and hot water kettles in the rooms so we could have coffee before we come downstairs to buy it. That said their Americanos were wonderful and their breakfast brioche buns as well.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived in Hiroshima by train and this hotel is super close to the train station so it was super easy to get to and from here with literally a 5 minute walk. It looks like the area has been redeveloped a bit so there's a bunch of good restaurants around the hotel. There is also a tram stop right around the corner so even though it's location is a bit far from all the sightseeing in the city you can get there easily by just hopping on one of the cool streetcars. The room itself is on the small side but the bed was super comfy. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean most of the time and pretty spacious too. The downstairs common room and kitchen is great, there's so many kitchen appliances and utensils to use which was great. There's a bunch of manga books and boardgames too for some entertainment. The room could do with a few hooks to hang up stuff on the wall. Since the room is really small and there's no space for anything other than the bed and the tiny table with a stool it'd be a great solution to add some sort of storage for things like coats and bags etc. Unfortunately the cafe was closed when we were there so haven't been able to try this.

Hhonest_traveller2929This was my first capsule experience and honestly it has everything that you would need for a short stay. I was also surprised at how quiet it was once you are in your capsule. The capsules are also much bigger than expected! It's handy that the toilet, shower, and sink area are all in separate areas. All are really clean as well, perhaps because it's a woman's only floor! I stayed in a ”superior” capsule which was a little like having the lower bunk bed but the top bunk is separated off. It was in its own little room which a partician door but the door doesn't lock. You do get a locker inside this area which does lock for your valuables. Sadly the thing lowering the rating for me was the comfort of the bed. The mattress was extremely thin and I just couldn't get comfortable. I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet hoping for extra comfort but that didn't help either. The capsule is also quite chilly. They had the Aircon on and you cannot control that for your room although the capsules do also have their own air con if you are travelling in summer and need extra cooling.

The reception staff were especially helpful and friendly - Ms Haruna went way beyond the call of duty in contacting Japan Rail to help us retrieve a lost bag. I would definitely stay here again.

BBridge the GapAlthough walking distance to the train station and attached shopping arcade, the hotel is in a business park area and not very convenient for the tourist sites in town The rooms are small and a little dingy - the hotel itself is a bit older and needs a sprucing up. Breakfast is served downstairs and the food is mediocre at best - I definitely wouldn't pay for it again. There isn't much around the hotel - I walked around on my way back at night, looking for someplace to get a bite to eat or a a drink and couldn't find anything (a few blocks away was a terrible place that had a lot of unmarked fees and charges). If I were to do it all over, I definitely would choose a different hotel in a different area. (Please note: the hotel did nothing wrong, per se, and the staff was very nice! It just wasn’t the right place for me, for purpose of this trip.)

RRayレイNot a bad hotel and i dont understand why a fair hotel can only earn 3.2 on Google, thinking about the price and it’s location, it exceeds my expectations.
It is an old hotel but everything inside is well-organised and renovated. U get a breakfast for 500 yen more which has basics like scrambled eggs, mango yogurts, small crossiants, etc.
It’s quite convenient to have such an acco in the chushin of Hiroshima.

PPengguna Tetamu広島駅からは路面電車で20〜30分かかるので少し遠い感じはありますが、最寄りの電停からは近いです。部屋の設備はよく、文句なしです。特に、一部屋ごとに電子レンジがあるのはいいですね。小さなことですが、冷蔵庫でグラスが冷やしてあるのも、ビール呑む者には嬉しい。

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama價格確實蠻便宜的，離橫川站走10分種就到了。樓下就是711全家都有。景點不怕麻煩走10幾分鐘也能到市中心了。缺點是我這個房間沒有窗帘，酒店沒有電梯，其實就是日本一棟公寓改成的酒店，還有洗澡的水流怎麼這麼小啊。入住基本都是自助辦理的，住了3天，除了看到上午打掃的小姐姐，沒有在前台看到過人。如果省錢可以考慮住，衛生也說得過去吧，旁邊都是住宅區也算安靜
