Ssplatour original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint!
service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10]

location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10]
cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10]

FFelicia198Very happy I chose this hotel, location within minutes from Hiroshima Station and diagonally across the intersection from a big supermarket YouMe. The room layout is spacious and seems recently renovated. Amenities are good and the public bath was absolutely amazing.

PPengguna TetamuDuring our trip to Japan we stayed in several hotels. Only this one corresponds to the declared class (4 stars) by international, not just Japanese, standards. Excellent location in the very center of the city, qualified and hospitable staff, a large light room with an ”urban” view from the window, all electrical equipment and plumbing in the room are in excellent condition, cleanliness reigns everywhere. It is obvious that all the employees of this hotel work - and work well - and do not just give all the guests ”service bows”.

PPengguna Tetamu野球観戦で訪れました。
初めての広島でしたので雰囲気でこのホテルを選びました。
駅西と呼ばれている飲食店街にも徒歩で行けます。
マツダスタジアムまでは徒歩15分ぐらいはかかりますが
歩いて行ける距離です。
繁華街の、流川（ながれかわ？）も徒歩で行けました。
どこに行くにも観光にはちょうどよい場所だと思います。
地下通路から繋がってる道があるようですが
最後までわかりませんでした。
スタッフの方々は何を聞いてもご丁寧に対応して頂けて
とても好印象でした。
野球観戦後の荷物も預かってもらえるので
いろいろ考えていい立地でした。
お部屋は当然綺麗でした。
ウェルカムコーヒー？の場所もありバタバタしないでホテル自体も落ち着いており、コスパなど含めて100点だと思います。

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel serves the best breakfast with a variety of sumptuous and healthy options. All ingredients are of high quality and taste fresh and delicious. The breakfast is value for money at ¥1,600 per guest. Free flow of hot beverages like brewed coffee & tea plus soft drinks are available from 2-11pm for guests. There are also self service laundry area available at nominal cost. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for families

DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.
