FFelicia198Very happy I chose this hotel, location within minutes from Hiroshima Station and diagonally across the intersection from a big supermarket YouMe. The room layout is spacious and seems recently renovated. Amenities are good and the public bath was absolutely amazing.

PPengguna TetamuOverall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!

RRustyGVery grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs.
Lovely staff with excellent English.

PPengguna TetamuA great hotel in a great location. From the station to the hotel we just hopped on a no.1 tram which stopped just round the corner from the hotel and only cost 240Y per person. We quickly found the check in on the 14th floor. We were warmly welcomed and given tokens to buy a drink, so gin & tonic & beer on the rooftop it was. Lovely! Our room was a reasonable size, although no shelves for clothing, but did have a seated area so you could sit comfortably. The food here was fabulous for breakfast and dinner - More Than on the ground level. The staff there were excellent. Nice to be able to choose to eat outside watching the world go by. Check out was simple, just drop your key in a box in the lift. Highly recommend this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel serves the best breakfast with a variety of sumptuous and healthy options. All ingredients are of high quality and taste fresh and delicious. The breakfast is value for money at ¥1,600 per guest. Free flow of hot beverages like brewed coffee & tea plus soft drinks are available from 2-11pm for guests. There are also self service laundry area available at nominal cost. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for families

PPengguna TetamuThough the decor is dated, the hotel's location (right opposite the park) is hard to beat. It is a 10-min walk to the Hiroshima Bus Centre with easy access to major shopping centres and stripes.
There is an amenities basket in the lobby where you can help yourself with sponges (for a bath), toothbrushes and hairbrushes etc.
The room itself is small, but everything is functional. WiFi is smooth and stable. You are able to open the window (slightly like a two-inch gap) to air the room, which I needed to because my room had a musky smell, but not unbearable.
The room / floor is quite so you can't hear your neighbours.
For the price, location and its no-frills approach, I have no complaints.
