Ssplatour original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint!
service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10]

cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10]

First of all, location is first thing I am looking for. The hotel is joust few minutes away from Hiroshima Shinkansen exit. Staff was so helpful and help us everything we asked. Even provide superglue for me to fix my sunglasses. Beautiful room, small but still some space for our backpacks. It is a perfect stay

初めての広島でしたので雰囲気でこのホテルを選びました。
駅西と呼ばれている飲食店街にも徒歩で行けます。
マツダスタジアムまでは徒歩15分ぐらいはかかりますが
歩いて行ける距離です。
繁華街の、流川（ながれかわ？）も徒歩で行けました。
どこに行くにも観光にはちょうどよい場所だと思います。
地下通路から繋がってる道があるようですが
最後までわかりませんでした。
スタッフの方々は何を聞いてもご丁寧に対応して頂けて
とても好印象でした。
野球観戦後の荷物も預かってもらえるので
いろいろ考えていい立地でした。
お部屋は当然綺麗でした。
ウェルカムコーヒー？の場所もありバタバタしないでホテル自体も落ち着いており、コスパなど含めて100点だと思います。

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door.

EeesileHad an awesome stay with what that seems like a discounted price (probably due to low season). Big and clean room, has a small gym that’s 24/7, located rather conveniently to Hiroshima station (need to take a bus that’s just outside the hotel; otherwise a 27 minutes walk).

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel serves the best breakfast with a variety of sumptuous and healthy options. All ingredients are of high quality and taste fresh and delicious. The breakfast is value for money at ¥1,600 per guest. Free flow of hot beverages like brewed coffee & tea plus soft drinks are available from 2-11pm for guests. There are also self service laundry area available at nominal cost. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for families

I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier.
The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices.
The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣

DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.
