First of all, location is first thing I am looking for. The hotel is joust few minutes away from Hiroshima Shinkansen exit. Staff was so helpful and help us everything we asked. Even provide superglue for me to fix my sunglasses. Beautiful room, small but still some space for our backpacks. It is a perfect stay

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is very close to the railway station with a convenience store just round the street corner. The staff are friendly and the room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of Japanese and Western food. I will stay in this hotel again next time when I go to Hiroshima.

RRustyGVery grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs.
Lovely staff with excellent English.

TtherealbabaganoushI had an amazing stay at The Knot, Hiroshima! The hotel is stylish and perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the city. The bar was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely incredible – there were so many options to choose from. I loved the small touches in the room, like the chic dressing gown, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A standout for me were The Knot Coins – complimentary tokens for snacks and drinks – I used mine for a Basque cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel serves the best breakfast with a variety of sumptuous and healthy options. All ingredients are of high quality and taste fresh and delicious. The breakfast is value for money at ¥1,600 per guest. Free flow of hot beverages like brewed coffee & tea plus soft drinks are available from 2-11pm for guests. There are also self service laundry area available at nominal cost. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for families

I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier.
The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices.
The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣

DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

TThere’s A World To SeeNice place to stay by the river. A little walk away from the main city but can get there easily by the tram. Would stay again.
