Very close to the train station. Everything in this hotel screams retro, but all is well maintained. The only negative points were the automatic tap (annoying to use) in the bathroom and that the bathtub was not entirely clean.

This hotel has a great location, close to Hiroshima Station, making shopping convenient. The hotel is generally clean and new, with a convenience store downstairs. The staff's foreign language skills are average, but they seem to try their best to serve guests. The single rooms are small but comfortable. However, in my high-floor room, I heard some continuous and disturbing noises at night, which is a major drawback. The hotel's breakfast is very good and worth trying.

Among the best 3 stars hotel I stayed in Japan so far. The front counter service staff is friendly, courteous and attentive. Location is quite central and a close walk to Atomic Bomb  Dome, Peace Garden and museum. Also, very convenient to get to Hotel and back to Hiroshima Station via street car 1, 2 & 6. The best highlight is the shower room, almost perfect.

We lived this hotel. The design and rooms are very comfortable and the bed was perfect. We booked in with the access to the executive suite which was excellent and the food offer in the evening and the breakfast was great. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip through Japan and we would definitely recommend this for all of the above and because it was in a great location for bars and all the tourist sights. Very friendly and attentive staff. Housekeeping operates relatively early compared to other hotels but was kind enough to leave a tote bag with water and towels one day when I’d slept in a little late. Hotel facilities were nice enough but pretty basic. Location is very convenient for Peace Park and surrounding attractions, but leaves a bit to be desired in terms of local flavor. Definitely an area tailored to foreign visitors. Rooftop bar is nice and they offer free drink vouchers, restaurant pizza downstairs looked pretty good too.

Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus. The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room. The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability. Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable. Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson. Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

The hotel is decent overall and acceptable for a short stay. The room is small, which is expected, but functional and generally clean. One downside is the window, which faces directly the wall/facade of the neighboring building, so there is very little natural light and no real view. The location and services are okay but nothing special. An adequate option if you just need a basic place to sleep, without expecting comfort or atmosphere.
