Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Saigon

It’s worth the price!! Rooftop pool is amazing for the sunset and the sunrise …I fell in love with you Zen Hotel.. I like how they have endless hot water even though I took a bath at room. Because some hotels in Vietnam runs out of hot water if you use too much. And I love the shampoo and body soap they provide!!’

I love the fact that the hotel location is in the center right next to the Opera House and walking distance to everything; nice restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping malls. The room is super clean and the view is very nice. However, the hotel should improve on their breakfast room and how they manage the guests during breakfast. You are 5 stars hotel and the breakfast place is crowded like your road. The table is so right next to each other with the strangers until we feel like we eat in the same table with the relatives that we hate. The person who asked forbour room number at the reception could have asked us right away when they show us the table of what would we like to drink. Not just like seating us down and disappear. And we have to look for someone to order our coffee. Should you manage/improve this part accordingly, your hotel would be beyond perfect.

The location of the hotel is very good. Because there were many guests, it felt very crowded during breakfast time. The service staff had no time to clean the used plates. It didn't feel very comfortable.

Saya menempah bilik Premier King tetapi mendapat peningkatan percuma ke Resident Club. Dalam jenis bilik ini, katil sofa adalah 🛋 lebih besar dan lebih panjang daripada Primer King. Kolam renang luas yang sangat sejuk 😎. Berdiri dari taman kolam, anda boleh melihat terus ke bulatan Nga Sau Phu Dong yang sibuk dan ceria Selain kolam wap, di tingkat yang sama, tingkat 2 mempunyai kampus yang besar dengan taman permainan kanak-kanak dan taman untuk orang dewasa berjalan. Papan catur bersaiz besar yang diletakkan di sini sangat istimewa, pelik dan unik.

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

Perkhidmatan dan persekitarannya sebenarnya tidak ada yang boleh saya katakan, saya sangat menyukainya, harganya sangat bagus untuk dua orang berkongsi, rata-rata rakan saya mengatakan bahawa lain kali saya datang ke Ho Chi Minh, saya akan menginap di hotel ini.

We are able to check in early, however the room’s window was pathetically small, I understand that it may due to the privacy which is too near to next room’s window but there’s curtain to serve it’s purpose. So after all the automated curtains drawing defeat it’s purpose. We ask for additional bottled water but got rejected and tell us to buy in a sarcastic manner, I understand that it’s the hotel’s policy to give only 1 bottle water per pax each day however the tone of telling us to go buy can be improve. And also the bathtub is quite high, seniors staying there may need to take note. Apart from all these, still had a good stay~ there’s a convenience store right opposite of the hotel which is a plus sign.

The room is clean. The location is also good. The bad thing is the breakfast, not much varieties. We stayed there for 4 days. The first day we get up early and food were still available even though not variety. The second day, we went for breakfast at 9AM, everything empty only bread and one curry left, I asked for white rice to eat with curry but they mentioned that no more. Then the 3rd day, we went early around 8:15/8:20, also same nothing left even no rice. We really disappointed and the last day we even didnt go for lunch, we just order from Grab.

Absolutely stunning lobby, with a majestic spiral staircase. Classy room, very stylish with high end fittings and a gorgeous bath tub. Free mini bar with soft drinks. Hotel is in district 3, so about 2.1km to downtown, however, it’s only a 30 minute walk and there are many restaurants and coffee shops on the way plus the main museum is a few minutes away. Lovely pool area and attentive staff. The background music is lovely and there is an excellent pianist who plays around 17:00. stayed here 2 nights and loved my stay here.

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!
