Hotel 5 bintang Saigon undefined

My husband and I spent 2 nights here and we never stepped out of Mia’s at all.. the level Of personalised interaction between guests and staff I would classify as the best ever experience on all my travels. From the second you are greeted at the lobby till you bid adieu .. you are made to feel very special and how you will be missed much ! The deco is of French elegance , beautifully done and not overly fanciful.. Just the right touch of elegance and classy. The pillows and mattress so delightfully comfortable and embracing.. the river view so enchanting .. Food presented very fine dining style and crispy fresh organic veges.. a delight to the eyes and palates.. I spent hours at the spa which is equally elegant and the services were awesome… Lieu my masseuse made sure for my preferences were followed perfectly as per how I want my relaxing of mind and body to be addressed.. all my sessions were done by her .. Our dining were fully entertaining by Sam, Resi, Nhee, and the team.. ALL were attentive at any given time .. Up on the rooftop The Muse was just as fascinating .. spending the evening with the awesome view of the river and fancy mocktails ( I am a tea totaller) tapas .. of course the warm friendly services of the Muse team.. Although Mia is not situated right smack in the city you can always take Mia’s boat to go to the city .. but we didn’t do that at all.. I wanted to savour every second at Mia.. after all we had already made plans to be in the city for the rest of our stay. I must say I regretted making such plans .. I should have stayed in Mia for the full 5 nights in Saigon.. Thank you Mia you made our stay such a pleasure and we would gladly return …

Friendly staff and well appointed clean modern apartment with great views. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spotless and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The development also has a Starbucks and grocery store in the Oxygen Mall right next to the Hotel. There are also a couple of other malls within a 5 min taxi ride. Very convenient. We travelled from the airport to hotel via Grab app private hire car and it cost less than VND200k. Inexpensive and convenient. Travel to attractions in the city was fuss free with a daily free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Driver was helpful and friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, including the security at the front door. Special thanks to front desk staff Dennis and housekeeping staff Ngoc and Yloang. Thank you for making my family’s stay comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel.

It’s worth the price!! Rooftop pool is amazing for the sunset and the sunrise …I fell in love with you Zen Hotel.. I like how they have endless hot water even though I took a bath at room. Because some hotels in Vietnam runs out of hot water if you use too much. And I love the shampoo and body soap they provide!!’

The room is clean. The location is also good. The bad thing is the breakfast, not much varieties. We stayed there for 4 days. The first day we get up early and food were still available even though not variety. The second day, we went for breakfast at 9AM, everything empty only bread and one curry left, I asked for white rice to eat with curry but they mentioned that no more. Then the 3rd day, we went early around 8:15/8:20, also same nothing left even no rice. We really disappointed and the last day we even didnt go for lunch, we just order from Grab.

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

Very clean and staff tries to help you anyway they can. The hotel is broken down into three sections , not a rectangular shape hotel, an older hotel, that his head built on additions overtime Breakfast is average and rooms tend to be quite small. What you’re paying for is the location, the inclusive breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. Prices have gone up in Ho Chi Minh City across-the-board over the past 12 months, so it’s difficult to find true bargains anymore.

The location of the hotel is very good. Because there were many guests, it felt very crowded during breakfast time. The service staff had no time to clean the used plates. It didn't feel very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was close to where i wanna go, so its a plus, although the music and lots of ppl on the street walking by, but its doesnt get to the room, very good sleep… buffet area is kina small, not really comfortable when alot of ppl heading to get buffet at once… food not that hot…. Services not great, staff is jus ok. Its worth a try… definitely thinking of going back here to stay more…

1st Stay: We stayed two nights on our arrival in HCMC and our room was excellent with a window view, a very comfortable bed and pillows and very modern bathroom all with nice amenities, kettle, tea and coffee etc. The Staff at the front counter are so nice and friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. The breakfast was great with lots of choices of both Eastern and western food. The view from the 11th Floor Restaurant/ Breakfast area is spectacular especially at night when the Dinner cruise ships head up river. The staff at breakfast go out of their way to ensure you are looked after. They are only young kids but look after you so well and make a great Iced Coffee. 2nd Stay: We were so impressed with this hotel we spent out last four nights there again. We opted for a larger room which for the price was exceptional. Massive bathroom, with a bath and glassed in separate shower. Excellent amenities, replaced each day, two air conditioners , one for the bedroom and one for the TV room area. We had two TV's and heaps of space to put or luggage plus two arm chairs and a bench area. Once again the Staff were happy to see us again as we were to see them, all smiles and happy people, Thank You Ms Christina, Ly at the Front desk and all the other wonderful staff. We miss you all!! Our flight was a late night flight so we opted to stay and pay for half a day which was not a problem. We were sorry to leave and if we come back to HCMC will stay again. The location is away from the hustle and bustle near Nguygen Hue St and taxis are cheap to travel around in. We ate lunches and dinners while there and the standard of food was excellent, thanks Chef!! Highly Recommended to Travellers.

Liberty Central Saigon Riverside is a convenient hotel located in Hochimin The location is quite convenient as it is in the hearth of the city's down town. It has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool at the rooftop terrace with excelent views to the river and the city. The hotel offers clean facilities, all the rooms are decorated and equipped with all the toiletries: soap, towels, comb, toothbrushes, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and not bad for the average price of the hotel.
