I recently stayed at M Village Hai Bà Trưng, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service—especially from the lady at the front desk named Rosie . She was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. From the moment I arrived, she ensured that everything was taken care of, providing helpful recommendations and always greeting me with a warm smile. Her level of service truly elevated my stay and made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay comfortable. The location is also a plus, with easy access to great cafes, restaurants, and attractions in District 1. Overall, I highly recommend M Village Hai Bà Trưng, not just for its great facilities but for the exceptional hospitality. Love it here! From the checked in until checked out all perfect. Friendly staffs , all of them! Everyone smile and ready to help. The room was beautiful, the view from the balcony was lovely. The room were spotless! Will any chance to be back there, here is the place I will stay. Even you traveled alone you will feel safe here.

A super nice boutique hotel in the centre of HCMC, with nearly all main tourist attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. Cute room and terrace views of the opera house is the best part of our trip. The front desk is also extremely nice and helpful. Staying here is definitely a plus for our holiday. High recommended.

Signature M is a comfortable and clean hotel, room size is cozy enough, air cons unit functions perfectly. Location is perhaps one of the best choice in district 1 and nearby to couple of good restaurants next to it. Can’t forget to talk about service, Signature M is famous for its super lovely and attentive concierge service, shout out to Rosie and Naccy, they were so helpful and consistently carrying a big smile every time they greet me, just made my day! Thank you for the great service and will be back again!

The hotel is in very good location in the central of the city and the hotel service is excellent. The hotel is heritage hotel you would be love if you like it traditional stuff.

We booked the room with balcony. It’s good scenery but our neighbours happened to be smokers & so we didn’t use the balcony . Maybe the hotel can look into this to separate smokers from non-smokers.

Great hotel and even better staff! So helpful and friendly would definitely recommend. Location is perfect for wondering around the city, and room with balcony is just lovely.

Great location near the opera house. It is quite bare bones as is reflected in the price. Thin walls. Can hear everything next door.

Location is great, room is spacious, modern and comfortable. We were not informed that slippers can’t be worn out but was told there’s a charge to it so do that note. After communication the hotel had agreed to waive of the slipper fee and we are very thankful. View is limited from room, and they have a sister branch gym you can visit , within a 5 min walk, but do not expect much from the gym, it’s pretty small and no dumbbells provided. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

Overall, M Village Hotel Hai Ba Trung provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Front desk was amazingly helpful and welcoming. My thanks to Kevin and Rosie who goes all out in making my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. The room was huge and clean. Location was convenient. It is near to restaurants ,cafes and it is a short walk to Vincom Centre. Will definitely be back again.
