The apartment we received was nothing like the picture on Trip, please be aware that this may be the case if you book with this company. When we arrived the apartment was not yet ready. Upon being ready the apartment was still unclean and had a musty smell. The back door to the porch would not latch and was unsafe for our children. We messaged the service company and they were unwilling to help, so we decided to check out. The company was unwilling to offer any refund despite the difference between the pictures and the actual apartment rented. Trip worked to advocate on our behalf, but the company would not give any refund.

爛死了！一開始跑錯飯店跑到隔壁去， 結果旁邊的公寓酒店管家說相片是他們，但酒店名字不是他們的，一進房間也和預約的完全不一樣= = 一晚還要台幣3,387還沒有YouTube 之類網路電視可以看，電視有和沒有一樣！房間冷氣風出不來，只能開門讓客廳冷氣進來，原本看評價還不錯結果還是訂到雷飯店還訂四晚！想要提早放行李一開始還聯繫不到人，最後拜託越南朋友才解決，真的是超雷飯店很生氣😡浴室也很髒，慎選！ This place is terrible! First, I went to the wrong hotel and ended up at the one next door. The concierge there said the photos matched, but the hotel name was different. When I entered the room, it was nothing like what I had booked. The price was NT$3,387 per night, and there was no internet TV like YouTube, and the TV was practically useless. The reviews seemed good at first, but I ended up with a horrible hotel, and I booked four nights! I wanted to drop off my luggage early, but I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. I finally had to ask a Vietnamese friend to help me sort it out. It's just such a terrible hotel, I’m so angry 😡. The bathroom was filthy too. Be very careful when choosing this place!
