Ulasan Sunrise Airport Hotel

The staff were great, really helpful and waiting for me when I arrived well after 10pm. The street is noisy so ask for a room at the back. Lots of terrific little restaurants nearby ( loved Cao Bang Ban Cuon ) and there's a big park not far away.

Didn’t expect anything. My expectations have been met. Ok for one night. Hard beds.

Just stayed there for few hours for transit. Hotel was clean, service was great and located convenient area by the airport. It was very nice to be able to have hot shower in middle of night before our flight that we didn’t have much opportunity during our trip. We also enjoyed the roof top bar in front of the hotel where the locals hang out.

Location recommended for airport transfer. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. It is close to the airport, especially the international terminal, so it’s very convenient for airport transfers. However, it is a bit far from public areas and attractions.So only for airport transfer are recommended!

Please manage your expectations accordingly. We were assigned a room on the 7th floor; however, the elevator only operates up to the 6th floor, requiring guests to use the staircase to reach the room. We were informed by the staff that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative rooms were available. Additionally, there was a persistent foul odor in the bathroom. We initially assumed it was temporary, but the smell remained the following morning. Furthermore, the in-room telephone was not functioning during our stay.

Hotel is near airport by walking distance. Room was clean and all amenities was functional. Was noisy but OK.

Efficient fast entry . Large open plan rooms high ceilings modern .egyptian cotton sheets large king sizebeds . Aircon .great location 6-8 mins walk from airport. Sift frinls an some alcohol available in reception. Lots of coffee shops and bars around all surrounding streets Whole street is full of good value budget hotels Would stay thereagain excellent value for money

It was accessible to the airport. Staff are accomodating.The room was fine

The receptionist that work during the day I forgot to ask his name is very helpful and nice. Next time if I’m next to the airport I’ll definitely stay here again. They offered me coffee and help me move rooms.

They have everything we need. Clean and exceptionally good service. Airport it’s just less then 6min driving easy to get grab from airport but from hotel to airport most of the grab drivers regularly refuse so better use the hotel taxi it’s just cost u 100Dong with luxury car.

Good hotel at reasonable price. Good service - receptionist is courteous. Room is clean & tidy without smell. Toilet is spacious, clean & tidy as well. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Facilities inside room: hair dryer, water boiling kettle, wifi, wifi TV, aircon, hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, combs, etc. Complementary 2 bottled water & 2 tea bags (no coffee). Safe area. Complaints: 1. as in most hotel in Vietnam, the doors & walls are quite thin, & if there is noise from the hallway outside the room, it can be easily heard clearly from inside the room; 2. The door of the rooms are quite difficult to be closed softly, most guests ending slamming the doors & creating a lot of noises; 3. In the morning, one can hear the noise of housekeeping staffs talking loudly, dragging chairs, tables, slamming doors at adjacent room or the room above.

nice staff and friendly, they assigned me to the 6th floor which was not accessible by lift but it was not a problem as the staff kindly helped to carry my luggage up the stairs which was really nice

Overall, it's pretty good. You can park motorcycles downstairs, and the room was clean enough. It's about a 15-minute walk to T2 at the airport; just head right when you leave the hotel.

This hostel is great if you're getting off your flight late.If you are late, you can check it yourself.
