Wooooow fantastic view from the pool. Most people taking photos instead swimming. New modern furniture and bathroom nice and clean.

The moment I entered the room, there was a damp, musty smell. Even after leaving the air conditioning on for a long time, the odor persisted. I don't understand why a room in the city center would have such a smell. The facilities aren't new, and the hygiene was just okay; there were some stains on the carpet and even someone else's hair. The room itself was very large. The lobby is always lively, with many people checking in daily, as there are several guesthouses in that building. The rooftop pool is shared, and there were a lot of Indian people there, all presumably to take photos of the Petronas Towers.

Nice stay at The Platinum Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall. The location is convenient and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for only there days but I really enjoyed it I will definitely come back next time

The room was quite spacious, which was nice. However, the hotel's penalty policies felt like they were treating guests like criminals. They had fines for everything, making me afraid to even use a tissue for fear of being charged. The elevators were always crowded, probably because a few hundred rooms shared only five or six elevators. The staff's inflexibility was a fatal flaw – absolutely a terrible experience. The location was genuinely inconvenient. There's nothing to eat, drink, or do nearby, so you have to take a taxi everywhere, and then you get stuck in traffic... Pros: The room was big enough, good for taking pictures. Cons: Everything else was a con.

The security staff on 51/F (pool and gym floors) are very rude and impolite to all visitors.

So far mabilis kami nakapag check in and out. Mabait yung staff. But one thing I have noticed is Mejo strict ang guard sa Pool Area. Masungit sumisigaw like that. Nice View but its too crowded maybe becoz its holiday nung nagpunta kami. But all, We enjoy.

The location is quite good, and the infinity pool offers views of the Petronas Towers. The living room in the apartment is as big as a basketball court, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The scenery is excellent; the north-facing rooms overlook Kuala Lumpur's largest slum area, and on clear days, you can even see the buildings on Genting Highlands. We didn't have to wait long for the elevator, which was acceptable. However, don't expect this apartment to be a five-star hotel, as there are quite a few flaws in the decor.

I stayed here for 5 days and felt very satisfied. The place is clean and very well located—there’s a market within walking distance. The view from the swimming pool is spectacular, with a clear view of both KLCC and the KL Tower. The kitchen is also well equipped, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel is walking distance from Chow Kit and pretty near to most places like KLCC or Pavilion. Aina at the check in counter from HOLMA was lovely and almost everything can be accessible through a WhatsApp group. We had a pleasant stay with them and also a free upgrade which we are very grateful for. Overall it is a nice place and the view from the pool is just amazing. ❤️
