I really liked this place! View is amazing, location 10/10. It has multiple convenience stores at the first floor , which is really convenient. Stable wi-fi, so no problem for people who need to work during the trip. Definitely worth its money. Thank you very much!

I had a terrible stay here the room was dirty and there was hair in the sink.

On arrival I was welcomed by my host and taken up to my studio apartment,(B 8 27). It was clean and tidy and well stocked. The WiFi was high speed and everything works. I will definitely stay again if I visit Ho Chi Minh City again. 😊

Had a amazing stay, the room was really clean and the shower was lovely. The owner even send me Some good info for food places.

The rooms is very clean and comfortable.

It is located in centered area. It's easy to access anywhere in HCM city. and the room space and facilities are enough to enjoy the journey in Vietnam.

I felt like this place you were mostly paying for the view. It is quite safe with security 24/7 at the lobby area. Comfy bed. Good strong air conditioning. Multiple convenient stores just downstairs. Central location if you want to eat shellfish. Very accessible to every district.

Excellent location, just cross the bridge to get to District 1. 30 minutes walking to downtown tourist attractions: Opera, Bitexco Tower. Modern building, great apartment and great AC, beautiful pool. Host met us at the building entrance and provided instructions and entrance cards. Wifi was great, didn't use the kitchen, only the fridge. Area felt safe

It was nothing like the pictures on the ad. We did have 3 bedrooms but the appartement looked nothing like the pictures, not even close. It was old and moldy and didn’t have much of anything to use in it. But it was close to a few good restaurants and 7elevens and the people were super nice. It was convenient and easy to check in and communicate. Pleasant owner. The AC worked in all the rooms and it was clean. Very bad smell from the bathroom pipes at night but that’s out of their control. It was very safe and good service. Our stay was pleasant regardless and we really enjoyed our time in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice view with good support service, and also good location can go every part of city for my visiting shopping center. I think that i will come again in the future.

Before check in, the service provider provided very useful information through WhatsApp on eating in the surroundings and what taxi provider to choose from to commute from the airport. He was also kind enough to provide temporary luggage storage for a few hours on the day of check out.

Returning to the Rivergate Residence for the second time during our trip, after exploring other accommodations. This time, we booked a studio room. The apartment provides all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen and washing machines. I appreciate the convenience of being able to wash and dry our clothes during the trip. The room is exceptionally clean and flooded with natural light. Our stay on the 20th floor with a river view was delightful. It's within walking distance of Vinh Khanh Food Street and Ton Dan Food Street, both highly recommended for a visit.
