Nice and calm place

Simply amazing, words can't describe it. Tommy's hospitality was exceptional. It felt just like being at home. The location was great too, with a station, supermarket, and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely stay here again.

A place that you can’t rest and sleep in peace. You can actually hear guests in the other rooms sneeze, their snores and EVERY STEP of their movements! The residential neighbourhood is dark and quiet BUT the walls and floors of the guest house is very thin. You can’t sleep in the night and in the day, house rules say you can’t stay to rest in your room. Amenities is a ONE because basic need of rest was not met. Only a quaint place to visit and shower.Not for overnight stay.

I stayed here with a mom friend while chaperoning my child's away game. The staff's smiles and courteous service were really appreciated. The shower room, vanity, toilet, and our room were all clean and easy to use. The stairs were surprisingly steep, but the staff explained everything so clearly that I figured it's probably common in an old folk house. The only minor disappointment was about breakfast: we were told sandwiches would be ready from 7 AM, but the staff only arrived at 7 AM. Since we had to leave at 7 AM, we couldn't actually get them, which was a shame.

We booked the biggest room, room looks so nice with small japanese garden view, the guy on receptionist pick our luggage up to the room and also prepared delicious breakfast! would love to come back!

If your neighbors are quiet there will be good place to stay

Very nice place with very thoughful owner. There are some unusual things like closing the place from 12 to 17 and extra charges for luggage keeping, but it's ok for travelers, not for remote workers. Owner keeps everything perfectly clean. He cooks amazing sandwiches for breakfast. They are enough for people who don't like to eat much for breakfast. The place located in a living area with same small private houses nearby. No noise after 9pm. It's a renovated Japanese house. Great choise for those who want to live in Japanese house.

The host is one of the nicest people I've met in my life. It was a pleasure staying in this guest house.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! The man, Tommy, who runs it is so sweet, helpful, accommodating. I will miss his sandwiches in the morning- if he offers to make one for you, say Yes. They were sooo good. It was a great stay, I arrived after getting caught in a downpour and felt so bad about getting water everywhere but Tommy was so helpful and gave me a spare pair of shoes to wear since mine were soaked through. He gave restaurant recommendations, and I really appreciated his hospitality. The room was comfortable, it’s a quiet place, lights out was around 21:00 I think. It’s a good location, close to a station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing to be aware of is you cannot drop your luggage off early before the check-in time, and you have to be out of the hostel during the day from like 12-5 or something like that.

This place is clean and its in a good location. The owner of the place is always happy to help. He is the most cheerful guy i have seen in japan.🙂
