The room was large and clean. The location of the hotel is very central and can walk to all the attractions. Plenty of people selling stuff on the street to the point where they became very annoying. Great value for the money. Mr Thomas organised our itinerary for both our trips. Our friends paid extra for their bus as they were promised pick up from the hotel. We were picked up at the airport which saved us so much drama with us! It can get slightly noisy on weekends but if that's a problem ask for a room near the back. Walking distance from the market and all travel agents. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Absolutely horrible, when we were supposed to check in there was no one even in the building to handle receotion. After finally finding someone to check us in they seemed completely confused by the fact we had a reservation. The room itself does not look like any of the pictures. It was not cleaned. The pictures from this hotel do not match the actual hotel. The shower was basically just a weak tap water stream. On top of all that there was still luggage from the previous guests in the room. They had left for the afternoon before checking out and would come back later to a locked room, with their belongings still inside. Do not go here please

They gave away our booked room before we got there, and had none left for us when we arrived. Doors locked and no one around so had to call in to find that out. Ended up stranded on the street. And was still charged for the room (have since received a full refund).

This hotel is located in the alley where car/taxi cannot get in. There is no staff in person for you to check in. The gate is locked and has a sign with phone number for you to call for check in. The staff is somewhere else. You have to call and they will asked you to wait for couple minutes for them to come to see you. For my case, they made me to wait for hour in the heat outside on the street and didn’t show up. I had to go to look for different hotel even though I had already paid at the booking. This hotel looks very suspicious and unsafe to stay.

It is a simple hotel affordable with basic amenities, good enough to spend a night here. No lift so not recommended for those with knee problems or with prams and lots of luggage.

RED FLAG FOR THIS HOTEL ❌❌❌🚫🚫 CHEATING HOTEL❌❌
I booked a room here, when I reached, the main door is lock, There was a note with a phone number there ask me to go to another branch near by. When I reached the 2nd branch, they asked me to go to another hotel. it's terrible, under renovation (as u can see from the photo). There was receptionist told me to call the 1st branch. After giving them feedback and trying to cancel the booking. They asked me to go back the 1st branch, they would ask someone to open the door for me. I stayed with my decision and they said "ok, I will give u the refund but only 1/2 the price,I am working with trip.com now." And... it's one month since then now. I still haven't received anything. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM 💢 and to trip.com, I dont know how to reach out to you when I got this issue.
