The stuff there are so unfriendly to Asia people. I arrived there at 9:00 Am (after flied 14 hours)and check in ,the reception told me for early check I got to pay extra 50 pounds ,which I think is ok and I payed. Then I get to the room the reception arrange for me . It is straight near the lift (the pic show below) and it’s a very very small room, which is totally different From the pics I saw on web. I came back to reception( the room even got no telephone) .and told reception the room’ near lift. He says “but this is the only room we got now “( of course I know this is nonsense) I insist, then after waiting for 10mins, suddenly there appears to be another room available . Stayed for 4 days there,the shower is so dirty. By the way their stuff doesn’t have any name card , so you can’t tell which is which so bad service.They treat white people so nice and friendly. They seldom say hello to Asian people and look them in eyes The hotel’s been decorating outside . The doorman are friendly ,the others ,so sad. And the concert cafe ,**** place

You just can't beat the location. It is so perfectly Central, I the heart of Piccadilly, and within walking distance to so many place. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful yet a few can be unwilling to help.

The Dilly is a lovely hotel very cosy with good vibes breakfast was very nice a good selection thoroughly enjoyed it ! Location is excellent! This was our third stay there loved it will stay again staff are helpful and make you feel welcome 🤗

Great breakfast. Avocado order available. Favourite omelettes with lots of fresh bread choices. 👍🏻really enjoyed!

Personally, I liked the hotel. It is centrally located, amazing access to all facilities. The staff of the hotel is also very pleasant. I would only suggest to address some issues with housekeeping. Once, I had to call the concierge and tell afterwards to the reception personally the request to clean the room, as it wasn’t prepared even with the tag hanging on the door of the room. Also, they never put additional shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. I had to call reception to receive extra. These points should be improved for 5 star service.

What an amazing hotel- the extras they provided to celebrate my wife's birthday were amazing. Only one mark off for the pool being too cold !

Hotel is getting a little tired - also aircon in room 419 was not particularly good.

Prime location, but disappointing overall. This 5-star hotel is perfectly situated in the city centre, just a short walk from the British Museum and other key attractions. However, the interiors feel outdated, and the rooms don’t quite live up to the five-star standard. Furniture and decor seemed worn, and the amenities lacked the polish expected at this level. While the location is ideal for sightseeing, the hotel would benefit from a refresh to match its prime setting. If location is your priority, it’s convenient, but if you’re seeking luxury, you might feel underwhelmed.

The location is great at central london. The facility is quite worn out especially the ventilation system. It’s quite suffocating that we cannot sleep for the whole night. The windows are locked, cannot be opened. Dust is found everywhere especially around the television where u must have a touch on.

The location is great with walking distance to famous streets such as Regent St and Oxford St. My wife and I have run to Buckingham Palace and even the other side of Thames River, such as Tate Modern museum. Other all, I like the good service and the location the best

Excellent location close to Buckingham Palace. You can take Piccadilly Line(subway) from Heathrow Airport. The room is extremely comfortable. Quick check-in and check-out.
