Ulasan Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport

If staff are sick please send them home...the reception lady was coughing into my passport while holding it to her mouth...wtf? She also informed us that breakfast was included, when it actually wasn't, as my friend found out from the restaurant staff at breakfast the next morning. Aside from this negative experience, the room was fine although the couch had some stains and a loose thread, and I felt a slight sideways slope on my mattress.

2nd stay in this hotel! Clean and comfortable! Used to stay at Ibis which was the nearest to the airport to catch an early flight but their room and toilet were too small. Hence came to Holiday Inn which was 2nd nearest to the airport. No regrets. Excellent hotel + breakfast. Clean toilet!

The hotel is closed to SGN airport, and the shuttle bus is available every 1-2 hour from 0630. The buffet breakfast is nice with various of choice and to-go available for busy travelers.

Its an airport hotel, the rooms are small, its too expensive for it offers. You can find a lot of boutique hotels that are bigger, better priced and more centrally located.

Close to the airport. 7 Eleven on ground floor. I used to stay in this hotel to avoid down town traffic.

All of the staff were very accommodating and the hotel was all you could ask for. Breakfast buffet was as good as I’ve had in Vietnam .

Staff was very kind and professional. Breakfast was delicious. The room was nice, but the mattress is too firm.

New hotel near the airport. If you arrive late at night or leave early in the morning, this is a good place to stay. But I really don’t understand how smoking is allowed by the pool. Location is far from town but is the perfect hotel for any layovers. Near to airport and great rooms!

Such a nice pool, huge and long and 24 hour fitness room. Breakfast food and restaurant food has variety of nice looking food but the quality of some food is not as good as we thought. Some smaller hotels have better food

As of November 2023, the hotel still has a new feel and smell. Service is very professional and charming and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The only drawback is the busy main road at the front of the hotel, Cong Hoa Street, which has six lanes and is difficult and dangerous to cross.

It's great hotel to stay even though it's far from main central area.
