This hotel has exceeded all expectations. Especially when it came down to the service provided by the staff, specifically both men working at the front desk. They were very willing to provide help whenever we needed and spoke very well which allowed us to have no issues with communicating. The room was clean when we arrived and house keeping was well done. The location was also very quiet and had a wide variety of food nearby. Overall a very good experience😁

Everything was ok. Except there was big cockroaches in basement room also there was somekind a pump outside the door so several times per day it was loud.

Second time here! Love the clean and safe area compared to busier districts like district 1 or 3. Amenities are basic so don't expect much. Floor is a little dusty all the time but they provide in room slippers so it's fine. Overall very nice interior and comfortable stay!

手違いがあったのか、部屋のグレードを無料でアップグレードしてくれた。感謝。ホテル周辺にはコンビニや飲食店が複数存在していたり、夜は閑散とするため就寝時も静かで良い。中心街から離れているがタクシーで20分程なので問題ない。なによりスタッフが親切で居心地が良い。アパートメントホテルなのでキッチンが備え付けで、お鍋やお皿も完備されていた。のんびりホテルで過ごすのも悪くない。 また行こうと思っている。
