The location is perfect but very noisy by your neighborhood.

Мы были в этом отеле 5 лет назад, название и хозяин были другие, сейчас это сеть отелей А 25, оборудование конечно стало современым, классная плазма, новый кондиционер, современная мебель. Но сервис пострадал. Раньше мы заходили после прогулки, нас узнавали, здортвались, сейчас все посетители безликие, кухня на отшибись, асего 4-5 блюд кофе либо нет, либо холодный, а раньше даже готовили настоящие живые йогурты, жене очень нравились. Перешли на поток!

다른 걸 다 떠나서 방음이 너무 안 좋습니다. 옆방 소리, 복도 소리 모두 다 들려서 마치 같은 집에 사는 느낌이에요. 예민하신 분들은 참고하세요.

環境還不錯

Good size rooms and well laid out, we got a junior suite and it had a both room at either ends, good breakfast and good position in District 1 which is really the centre of Ho Chi Mihn City not far from anything you need to do and a helpful tourist advisor.

Two weeks in Vietnam and this was by far the worst experience we had. We arrived late at night and the receptionist told us that we had no reservation (even though our agency had reserved it for us and we had the receipt) and the hotel was fully booked. After some negotiation, an available room magically appeared, but not so magically it was awful. Water was leaking from the ceiling at the bathroom, which btw was full of mold. The room was full in small insects, which we could feel them in our bed and in combination with the noise coming from outside, we were kept up all night. After complaints and with the intervention of our agency they upgraded us to a suite, which was decent. When proceeding to the checkout they charged us for 4 bottles of water (2 from each room), even though everywhere we have stayed before they were included in the price of the room. Lastly, the woman at the reception was really rude. We asked if we could pay with euros and she agreed, but forgot to mention that she would keep a 10% commission !! When telling her this is unacceptable, she just threw the money on our face and told us to go change them elsewhere. The only positive I can say about this hotel is that the young man working at the door was really kind and cheerful. There are far superior places in HCMC. Don’t waste your time and your money there.

Outlets that don't work, prices that rise by 15% when you ask for a window. Messages that say if you check in after 4 they will give the room away. I realize that most of this is *********** that tries to paint everything as perfect and wonderful. Beware, sometimes you don't get what you pay for.
