Walking distance to attractions in District 1. There are a lot of food stalls nearby. Laundry service is available too. The son of the owner explained the rules very well.

The place is good for those who spent 1 night and 2 days in HCM. Affordable, clean .

Unfortunately, my stay was unpleasant. I was placed in a dorm with a sick guest who had a severe cough, stuffy nose, and sore throat. He admitted he had been sick for 3 days. No warning from the staff, no isolation, and no mask. I had to sleep in the hallway to avoid getting infected.

I was back to the home at 1 am and see a man who was sleeping at the door without clothes. It was really terrible for me as a girl to get in at midnight. I have to sleep over at my friend’s home and returned at the morning the day after. Bad experience ever

Good location. Everything a solo traveler need is there, at least for me. No problem with communication. Nice and vibrant small market 30m away. 👍
