The amenities were great; they even had toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and cotton swabs. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but at least there was hot water. It was quite noisy as I could hear everything going on around me.

Service: The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Facilities: The facilities are excellent. Hygiene: The hygiene was very well maintained. Environment: Convenient for transport, entertainment, and dining.

The hotel`s location is very good. Quite close and very accessible to famous restaurants, coffee shops and city center. The room is clean, thanks to their daily cleaning services. The staff are all so kind and accommodating. Will highly recoomend this hotel.

I was first assigned to room 603, which was quite small. Later, I was moved to room 203, but it turned out to be the exact same room type. The drainage was very slow, especially when showering. However, the price-performance ratio was excellent, so I can't really complain. Overall, it was acceptable.

Excellent location, very clean, and everything is within walking distance. It can be a bit crowded, but that’s expected in such a central area.

If you're looking to step out and immediately dive into authentic Saigon cuisine, the Kim Khoi Hotel is an absolute must-stay. Its location right behind Ben Thanh Market means it's surrounded by highly-rated restaurants and cafes (I highly recommend Bep Me In nearby). For travelers with seniors, this place is a lifesaver, cutting down on a lot of walking. We could wake up early to explore Ben Thanh Market or the flower market, return to the hotel at noon to escape the intense sun, and then head back out in the evening for the night market. Getting around is super convenient; Grab taxis arrive almost instantly. It's the perfect balance of location, price, and service.

The location in front of Central market, just cross the road, really recommended to stay here

It was worth the money. Don’t expect cute or fancy rooms but it was a good stay and very convenient.

The hotel is clean. We can communicate in English with Hotel staff. Plus, the location is very convenient.

Nice stay

The hotel is nice despite being near the party street it isnt as noisy. The shower took a bit of time before it heats up but the room is ok. The staff are nice and waited for us even whem we returned at 1am

This hotel is located just off a lively street. The room's cleanliness was acceptable, and the front desk staff and daytime security guards were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any issues. They were also very enthusiastic about helping with taxis, especially since I don't speak Vietnamese. I've stayed at this hotel many times. The night shift front desk boy is also very kind and always helps solve problems. They speak English, and I highly commend their warm attitudes!👍
