NOT THE 5 STARS EXPERIENCE I WAS EXPECTING Immediately after entering in my room, I found hair on the bathroom floor; the room hasn't been properly cleaned. I opened the curtain and found pigeons (with excrement) moving just beside the window; obviously these pigeons were also making noise during the night. I travel for business, and I have never experience something like this in a 5 stars hotel. I hope during my next stay, if I ever will decide to stay there again, there will be improvements to reestablish basic hygienic conditions that should be part of an international protocol.

I have stayed at Caravelle Saigon for a few times. I like its location. The room size is good. Hotel is clean. The front desk and bell service are courteous and friendly. One minor issue: a few of the treadmills in the gym are not functional. May need some repair. Tq.

Convenient location, very affordable hotel price. The best thing is the rooftop bar which shows Eurocup live.

Spacious room and nice staff. Generally clean and comfortable but I found a squished black fly and a strand of hair in one of the towels.

This is my 2nd stay with Caravelle Hotel. I had a very bad food poisoning and was glad that the reception called me to see if I'm OK and need an orange juice. Pharmacy is just down the road. Glad that I recovered quickly with medication.
