Ulasan Red Sun Airport Saigon Hotel

Located along a road with heavy traffic. There are shops selling dried goods such as dried mushrooms and such. Walk a little further for street food. Hotel is clean and spacious. However the front porch have steps so not suitable for anything on wheels like prams or wheelchairs. Hotel lobby provides chairs and table for waiting while checking in and out. Hotel has a lift and on every floor there are 4 rooms. Toothbrush,toothpaste, comb, towel, slippers, shampoo, shower gel are provided. Mineral water in bottles also provided. Flask to boil hot water also provided. Air con working fine. There’s tv channels also. Housekeeping service have to remind them a few times and service will take some time to be fulfilled. Think need a few hours. Overall quite a comfortable stay. Nice bathroom too.

The hotel was for one night, no more between flights, the room was not very clean and there was a problem with hot water

The hotel has the following advantages that make us very satisfied 1. Clean hotel, pleasant scented room, clean blanket, light scent, soundproof room very well, good sleep while here. 2. Convenient location: just over 5 minutes by car from the airport, near Vincom shopping mall and near Thang Long Street just 1 minute walk from convenience stores: GS25, Family Mart, ..And coffee: Katinat, Highlands Coffee, Phuc Long. 3. Facilities: fully equipped, I like the bed best because the grip is very soft; TV, modern refrigerator, new, clean and dirt free. 4. Customer Service: The receptionist is friendly, friendly, polite; the driver is the night and day shift to support himself to park a car, carry luggage very enthusiastically... 5. Other services: Take/take the airport: affordable, cheap and faster than Grab Wash/leather: Get it at night and service is very good + Bonus: store a freezer, the reception calls early in the morning, the hotel is open 24/24, ..

Location and service, but don’t expected perfect amenities as price very affordable.

Location is good, the staff are helpful but very poor ventilation. Not that clean but it's a budget hotel tho

Very good hotel. Happy with this place. Will stay here again for sure. The location is near a park and some cafes that are fairly nearby. Very close to the airport so good for a layover. Saigon is one of my favorite cities. Always love being back in Vietnam.

I don't like the smell of the detergent bedding sets, it's a strong chemical smell. The staff is so so, not good not bad. The location is near airport but it's inconvenient to take a taxi.

I stayed there for 3 days waiting for my flight. It should be fine for one night if you're have a flight. There were some issues like an electric kettle was leaking, and they didn't change it for a different one. Also, no lights by the bed, and no hand soap. But it was pretty clean.

Good location. However, the service is very bad. I stayed there for 3 days and only asked for room cleaning on the last day. I started telling the receptionist that my room needed to be cleaned. After a few hours, I returned to the hotel and was informed that the room had not yet been cleaned. I'm fine and polite. In the afternoon around 2pm, I went to another receptionist and asked for my room to be clean for the second time. They said ok and asked me to return the room key. I went out for 3 hours then came back and was completely shocked when they didn't clean my room. They said the cleaning staff was busy and kept blaming others. I asked the manager to contact me for feedback but they didn't give me one either. It's not quite a standard hotel service.
