The location is great!The environment is also great, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they have given us great room.It's a room with a corner window. The staff in the swimming pool are also very friendly. We will come back again.

Very good location and very central. The gym was good size with the full set of equipments which i really appreciate. Room and hotel itself was very well maintained and very clean.

A little on the expensive side, but service and facilities are very good. They showed eurocup as well in the lobby!

DO NOT BOOK FROM TRIP.com if you are Marriott bonvoy member, you will not get reward or points if you book from this platform. Trip.com did not mention this when I made booking, resulting in an overall loss. Could have gotten a free night stay but had to change my hotel in the end , and pay extra!

We met our old friends from the USA in a reunion occasion and this hotel complemented it. We all loved our roomsand the executive lounge . Location of this hotel is perfect in the center of the city.

Very poor customer experience where Sheraton insisted that I had to pay for my breakfast (while I literally having breakfast) when my hotel deposit had gone over limit (without my prior knowledge). I requested if I could clear my room account upon my departure but Sheraton insisted I had to on the spot. Literally indicating I will run away without paying. I escalated the matter to the Director of rooms which they subsequently apologised and refunded my breakfast sum as token of apology. Sheraton also extended my late check-out to 3pm as a form of goodwill. Alas, the follow up was bad where they did not reflect my extension in my room key. I found out when I got locked out and had to go to lobby customer service to rectify it. Sheraton level of customer service is left much to be desired as a 5 star hotel.
