Wyndham Resort Torquay have been a pleasant stay with lovely and friendly staff that answer to your needs readily.

Everything is good, especially there’s washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Beach is just right opposite

Last minute booking as we had some issues with our initial reservation with another accommodation nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. He shared some nice recommendations around the Great Ocean Road during our stay too. Only drawback was that our trip was during end Winter, where tourism was dull, hence many amenities such as dining in the resort itself was not available.

They've got good facilities for recreation.

When booking the room I booked it for a sofa bed and a double, the staff rang on the day of checking in to confirm that 2 single beds would be fine and a double, to witch i agreed. When we arrived and checked in we opened our room to a double mattress on the floor and a double bed in the main room. Little disappointed that i picked these guys to stay with and there where other places for less where i could have had beds off the floor to stay on. Indoor pool was also out of order and had been for 3 weeks for upgrades. Not mentioned anywhere when booking. Other than the sleeping arrangements, the place was clean enough and the staff where friendly.

Our apartment was more than we expected...it was fantastic!!! The views from our room.... absolutely awesome!!! The staff.... professional, polite and always smiling!!! The 24hr cafe service... fabulous!!! The pools and spa... beautiful!!! And three of the best beaches all within a coowee!!! And the kids loved the games room!!! Thanking you kindly Wyndham...will definitely be staying again!!! The Smith Family.

Overall my stay was pretty good. I booked an apartment which was clean but my big issue was with the bed size which was listed in the booking as a king but was actually smaller. Felt like a double but likely a queen size bed which was quite uncomfortable on top of being small. The property overall wasn’t bad but definitely could use some work. When in the pool if you look around long enough you’ll see signs of wear and tear to the overall facilities you might not notice otherwise. As far as location goes, it is in a great spot, right on the beaches and within walking distance to the town center. The staff were friendly and accommodating so no issues there.

Grubby, smelly, dated rooms. The 2nd bedroom in the 2br apartment didn’t have air conditioning which was disappointing on a 35 degree day. The indoor pool was also closed. We didn’t bother staying the night.

Family friendly, great location, we had the two bedroom apartment plenty of room for a family of five. Kids loved the pool only down side of the pool area was not enough shade and bar/drinks/snacks didn’t open till 5pm. Staff were lovely. Parking was a little harder for us having a large vehicle it couldn’t fit in underground car park and the other area was sometimes full.

Cleanliness wasn't great for windows etc. Pool had green slime around tiles. Property looked very tired

Very pleased with the spacious apartment room. Very good condition, and cleanliness. Well equipped.

very outdated - first room I was shown was dirty and sub standard. The furniture was worn and stained as not adequately cooled. The second room was better although some of the staff were helpful , I found some very non accommodating. Certainly cannot continue to charge premium rates for worn down accommodation and minimal facilities

Excellent accommodation and service room was clean, bed comfortable, amazing ocean view!
