Hotel di , Ho Chi Minh City

It has great view of Landmark and very easy access to grocery and FamilyMart right in front of the condo. Literally walking distance to Landmark shopping mall. The condo has washing machine, fridge, kitchen but no microwave. I don’t trust their cups, utensils and pots so we don’t use it. The floor unfortunately is very slippery. Idk why but I have to wear slipper once I touchdown into the house. Toilet is very dull and need deep cleaning. However, service is good. Need to use WhatsApp to communicate and they will arrange ppl to clean etc..

Location is good. There is a high-end mall nearby with many F&B outlets, shops, convenience stores, and a supermarket. Apartment is very spacious and comes with a fridge, microwave oven, rice cooker & washing machine. Maintainence can be better as some kitchen n bathroom cabinet doors are falling apart. Oh the whole, value for money.

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

The apartment itself was okay, and communication with the host was very quick and convenient. There was a small issue with the door lock breaking, but it was fixed the next day. Although it’s a 3-bedroom unit, it felt quite small. Also, there were no tissues, small towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or kitchen cloths provided. Make sure to bring a showerhead filter—it discolored after just one day of use. As for the downsides, the noise level was overwhelming, though I can't entirely blame the host for this. The location is right in front of the Landmark 81 plaza, and it was insanely noisy all weekend. There were constant drumbeats, people cheering, car and motorcycle horns, and karaoke music going on through the night. I’ve never experienced such noise in my life—I couldn’t sleep at all. Maybe I just picked a bad time to visit, but it was really exhausting. 😭

Vị trí trung tâm, khoảng 10’ đi taxi để vào Quận 1, căn hộ sạch sẽ, bạn chủ nhà nói chuyện cũng rất dễ thương và thân thiện. Xung quanh tiện ích đầy đủ, siêu thị lớn trong toà Landmark 81 và cửa hàng tiện lợi xung quanh. Cần lưu ý là check tin nhắn vì bạn chủ nhà sẽ nhắn tin để xác nhận và hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Mình quên mất nhưng cuối cùng cũng được nhận phòng trơn tru. Lần sau nhất định sẽ quay lại ! 👍👍

I stayed there a few times, the receptionist lady knew me, she helped me call grab to the airport👍 It doesn’t has hotel room standards, Rooms needs professional cleaning up Great view and shopping downstairs

Its right in the heart of a shopping mall area, so youll have everything you need for shopping and dining just steps away. The place is modern, spotless, and has all the amenities you could want if not just text host she always ready to help and energetic Ah, getting around the HCMC is ez to pick transportation. I can't recommend it enough!
