Hotel di Daerah 1 - Jalan Dong Khoi / tepi sungai, Ho Chi Minh City

I doubt that there is another small hotel in Ho Chi Minh City that so well evokes the baroque ambience and class of the small hotels of Paris -- and the staff here is much more hospitable than in those places. Now that the Covid pandemic has more or less ended, my wife and I have returned to find that the Spring is still the same -- warm, welcoming, comfortable, a quiet refuge near the center of historic Saigon. One thing we like especially -- every morning, guests can order Vietnamese soups and other specialties for the next day's breakfast; it's a nice alternative to eggs and bacon.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and our stay was amazing!! The service from the moment you step in to the moment you step out is top tier. They have such welcoming, attentive and friendly staff who always go above and beyond. I don’t think I opened the door myself once when entering or exiting the building and was greeted warmly every morning and upon every return!! The rooms themselves are very clean and it stays that way as they have an impeccable house keeping service. They have breakfast available every morning and a gym which isn’t very extensive but has all the essentials. There also isn’t a pool, however, with the location being in the heart of Japan town and within walking distance of all the major sites (War Remnant Museum, Independence Palace, CBD), health and wellness centres and great food as well as in range for day tour pick up, this isn’t much of an issue as there is plenty to see and do at your doorstep. We will definitely be back!!

Softest bed in Vietnam. Great central location and the staff were great and most happy to assist. Pool was fantastic on the hot/humid days after exploring the city. Even dropped my wallet in the reception area and it was held safely behind the counter by staff for my return. Staff were fantastic about everything. Breakfast selection was broad and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without a doubt.

It was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

Loved My Stay at Silverland May Hotel I had such a great time at Silverland May Hotel! The rooms were super comfy, and the rooftop pool had amazing views of the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the free afternoon tea was such a nice surprise, with yummy treats and drinks to enjoy after a day out. Big shoutout to Tran and Rum for their awesome service—they really made my stay special. The location is perfect too, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I’d definitely stay here again!

Roseland Sweet Hotel is a value for money hotel; and there would be many other similar hotels easily found online. But what made Roseland stand out was one of their staff Kiet Anh, who is a bellboy, front desk, concierge all rolled into one. The week I was there, he was working everyday and all hours, I practically see him all the time whenever i'm at the lobby, whether I am going out or coming back. His bright, cheerful and friendly demeanour plus his very personal touch is on par with the service found only at the 5 or 6 star hotels. He was what made the difference for me staying at Roseland; which otherwise would be a good but pretty average hotel. Roseland is indeed very fortunate to have employed a staff like him; and given time and the right grooming would make an excellent management personnel in the hospitality industry. My choice of hotel will still be Roseland for my next coming trip, but only if Kiet is there. Thank you Kiet, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable; and thanks for helping me send my cracked handphone for repair; you really saved my life!! See you soon!

Deluxe Doubleを予約しましたが、最初にSuperior（no-window）の部屋を案内されました。そこで、窓のあるDeluxe Doubleで予約したはずだと言ったら、Superior（no-window）に小さい窓がついた部屋（広さはSuperiorと同じ）になりました。予約するとき、Deluxe Doubleはもっと大きな窓で浴槽もあったと思うのですが。私の部屋はSuperiorと同じく浴槽が無く、写真のように小さい窓があっただけ。予約サイトのDeluxe Doubleの写真は、Premier Deluxe Doubleの写真を使っている？それとも間違った部屋に案内された？まあフロントがいいかげんなのは海外あるあるなので、次も同じ部屋を予約して確認してみます。 I reserved 1 Deluxe Double Room.But, at first the reception took me to a Superior Double Room（no-window）. Then I told him I reserved 1 Deluxe Double Room had the window, and next he took me to the room like the photo I uploaded. Is this room on this photo actually the Deluxe Double Room? I thought that this room I stayed is different from the photoes on booking sites. I would like to check it out on my next visit.

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel nicely located within walking distance of most tourist attractions in District 1, although the hotel itself does not has onsite restaurant or cafe, but there are plenty of eateries, restaurants ( just next to the hotel), cafe (next to the hotel as well) and good spa around the area, there is a 24/7 pharmacy and provision shop just up the road, so all your holiday needs are basically covered. With Hyatt hotel and Opera house being just opposite the hotel, the view from the balcony are icing on the cake if you are lucky enough to booked a room with balcony views. The white noise from the traffic although can be heard but it was not loud enough to interrupt our rest. The hotel itself is nicely furnished and the ambience is closely resemble to those boutique Hotel in Paris, there are beautiful artworks hanging along the corridors, deco on the reception table as well as nice wall painting in the room. The bed are super comfortable completed with fluffy pillows and luxurious sheets. The most commendable are their counter staff (Naccy and Tessa) who checked on us before our arrival, during our stay and after our departure to make sure that all our needs and requirements are met. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to Ho Chi Minh city and we looks forward to trying their branch in Hanoi for our next holiday. we verbleven 3 nachten in Roseland centa hotel. Mooie en comfortabele kamers , uitgebreid ontbijtbufet, goede ligging. De grootste troef van dit hotel is het onthaalpersoneel. Zij doen alles wat in hun mogelijkheden ligt om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Bijvoorbeeld; Long raadde ons aan om naar het vuurwerk te gaan kijken vanop het dak van Roseland Sweet Hotel en reserveerde ons een VIP tafel, we vroegen 2 extra hoofdkussens en die werden in een oogwenk gebracht, … Speciale dank aan Long, Niran en Tai.

Hotel in close to river, though area is very modern. A lot of the attractions seem to be around 1-1.5km away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. It was disappointing that we could access the sky bar as it was all closed at 8pm, though it’s advertised as being open till 10pm. I Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to its location for me personally it’s a bit far out, but this is a personal decision and nothing against the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were really great
