Phòng mình ở là 502, khá ồn vì gần cửa sổ nhìn ra đường hướng đến sân bay. Phòng khá bình thường còn giá thì cũng khá cao, có trái cây welcome ngày nhận phòng, tiện được một cái là gần sân bay. Nhân viên cũng có bạn thân thiện, có bạn hơi khó chịu,thậm chí còn chưa bao giờ cười nữa,hihi

We, family of 3 stayed one night before heading to Hanoi. It was only about 10 minutes away from the airport with heavy traffic. The room is very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept with my 8 years old son in one of the twin beds and the size was good. The staff are very kind and helpful, even though they have very limited English. The only negative side is that the room and bathroom were a bit smelly when we entered, but after cooling down with aircon, it was not too bad. We heard noisy traffic but I guess it is normal in Vietnam. The rate includes breakfast and it was simple but good enough.

We initially booked for one night but decided to extend because of the great service we were provided. We were granted early check in without asking for it, staffs from the reception, to the staff at their restaurant were all very pleasant. They also offer buffet breakfast with every booking and their breakfast is really great. The room we booked doesn’t have a window but that’s all good. It provided us the rest that we needed after traveling by train for 8 hours from nha trang.

Vivian Saigon Hotel was so nice, they also offered quarantine and covid test. The food was amazing and they bring meals to your room every day if you wish. They bring different meals every time so you have the best different Vietnamese foods! The location was also nice with food shops, hair dresser and Vietnamese massage close-by. The bed and room was very big and have aircondition. The bathroom also was fine. Great choices of tv channels, about 100 channels. Thank you again to Vivian Hotel for great service and will stay with you again in the very near future.

We chose the hotel for our last night in Vietnam because we had to move on to the airport the next day and didn't want to spend a lot of time travelling to the airport. Had a very warm welcome, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is more than ok for the low price - we chose a room without windows on purpose because of the traffic (it's located in a busy street). Everything was clean and working properly. Absolutely no complains.
