Nice location to catch early morning flight and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. However when we arrived at the airport and tried to call the hotel’s reception a few times to arrange shuttle pickup, there was no way to reach the reception. So we took a taxi at the airport and got rip-off by the taxi driver and he even stole couple millions VND from us. I hope there is a better way to arrange the hotel shuttle from the airport.

If it is just an in-transit hotel you are after this is the one - on a surprisingly quiet square in HCMC. 15 minutes drive from the airport by the hotel's free transfer service. It essentially offers four-star comfort at the price of a middle-class hotel. There is nothing much to see in the neighboring environment. The hotel has a nice pool area to wind down after a long working day. Rooms are smallish but comfortable & double glazed glass making them nice & quiet. are well equipped and offer everything you need, including a well-functioning Internet connection (Wi-Fi). The English speaking staff was friendly and helpful. A shopping mall with restaurants is about 10 minutes walking distance. The room was comfortable and functional, even if the decor is a little dated. I wouldn't choose the place for it's location, but it's a definite yes if you want to be close to the airport and pay a reasonable price

It's been a long time since I was greeted so friendly in a hotel and every wish was fulfilled. On my next visit to the HCM I will be happy to be a guest in this hotel again. The breakfast and the bar is highly recommended. If you need short distances to the airport or city center, this is the place for you

The room appeared good as should be expected but the free breakfast disappointing. Only 2 choices. Beef or chicken Pho. Coffee un drinkable. On closer inspection in better lighting, there were water leaks and stains on the walls and the shower needed siliconing replaced due to mould. Safe did not work either Compared to Australia and what you would get for $60AU, reasonable value for money. Better quality room than Le Saigon around the corner.

The front desk service was ready to respond to our queries, the toilet flushing and air con problems we faced in the first room that was provided to us. However, the service man did not appear and we were finally given another functional room after an hour. The new room was clean, equipped with hot shower and a well equipped kitchen for us to heat up and consume our take outs. There are three convenient stores just outside of the building, and many food stores nearby. There is a pool and gym, and a spa service (which we did not manage to use during our short stay). Night walk around the apartment at night was breezy and calming. The location is only a few minutes away from the airport. Accessible by a very quick grab service.
