Ulasan Sheraton Hohhot Hotel

Ia mungkin hotel dengan pengalaman paling teruk. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah dalam keadaan huru-hara, dan bilik masih mempunyai bau hapak yang berat. Saya membeli pencuci mulut di bar lobi. Hotel ini terletak di pusat bandar, dengan pengangkutan yang mudah dan kerja pencegahan wabak yang baik semasa tempoh khas; perkhidmatan meja depan adalah profesional, sabar dan teliti, susun atur bilik adalah tersendiri, pemandangan bandar di luar tingkap adalah jelas, penebat bunyi yang baik, bilik mandi mudah digunakan, dan katil besar juga sangat selesa untuk tidur. !

Sarapan pagi adalah baik, dan kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat baik. Kami naik taraf ke tingkat eksekutif pada pukul sembilan dan melihat beberapa kanak-kanak turut memberikan hadiah kecil. Penyimpanan bagasi concierge sangat sabar untuk membantu kami bertanya tentang laluan ke tempat-tempat tarikan, dan makcik-makcik yang bertemu dengan pembersihan juga sangat sopan. Akan tinggal lain kali saya datang.

Quite ok room for a family of 4. The hotel location is not very far from the center. The personnel was nice and the breakfast was good with a range of different types of food.

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel was a very convenient location, not far from many different places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, a good variety of things to eat, typical Chinese and Western but also some very good local specialties. The only issue is with the people working the front door. The service was inconsistent, when we are the doorman was too busy having a smoke and we had trouble getting our luggage in. Other times the person at the door was helpful.

Nice to stay

The hotel facilities are not very modern but the location is convenient, city center but in quite surroundings. The breakfast is rather basic (maybe not the one you would expect in a 5 star hotel), but the room price is also much lower than in most of 5 star hotel. The service in the lobby bar was nice, several staff members speak English.

I have spent two nights at the Sheraton and would certainly stay there again if I ever come back to Hohhot. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and spoke good English. The rooms are well sized and clean and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of Chinese and Western food items. All in all, I had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic hotel and a very special thanks to Henry who opened up the main bar for us to watch the Euros final at 3am! Very good service and friendly staff!
