Ulasan Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa

I recently stayed at Ahoy Hoi An Hotel, and despite experiencing Typhoon Trami during our visit, the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. Thomas, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and well-informed, keeping us updated on weather conditions and checking in regularly. Huyn, the service lady, was equally wonderful, always greeting us warmly and offering excellent recommendations for nearby dining and activities to enjoy when the storm passed. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-prepared for the challenging weather. Thanks to Thomas and Huyn, our two nights here felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Beautiful new hotel with very friendly attentive staff. Rooms fitted out very nicely with lovely bath. I loved the pool, very clean and pretty gardens. I like walking so for me it was a nice walk to old town and beach and easy straight down main road. Cheap if you want to use grab. It was great also to be able to use the bike to explore. I had a small operation while here and the staff were extremely helpful and attended to my needs. There is only one part of the new hotel open so it was beautiful and quite which was great for me this time. I’m guessing it will get a bit more busy in the future. Highly recommend and l hope to come back Thank you

部屋は清潔だが。全体的に暗くて、あまり居心地は良くない。バスタブも、暗い環境でトイレも近いし、ゆっくり寛げない。 廊下に窓があるのだが、私の部屋の位置が、ちょうど廊下の窓からバルコニーや部屋の中が見えてしまうので、通行人の顔が見えたりして、寛げない。 あとWi-Fiが少し弱い。 朝食も、味は普通か普通以下。あまり美味しくはない。8時頃に行ったが、それでも無くなってる料理が多数あり、補充も追いついていない。 スタッフが、全体的に対応や感じがあまり良くない。雑だったり、ぶっきらぼうな感じ。 チェックアウト後も自転車を貸してもらえ、ビーチに行ったが、近くのビーチは濁っている。 全体として、あまり快適ではなく、特におすすめしない。

조식 맛있었어요 ! 에어컨은 좀 약했지만 요청하니까 올려주셨구요 문 열고다니면 도마뱀이 들어올 수 있다는거 조심하시구요 전체적으로 친절하시네요

신규호텔로 매우청결하고 코지하게 예쁜곳입니다 수영장도 2곳이있고 둘다수영을즐기기 좋은 넓이와깊이입니다. 베딩도 습한거없고 테라스도있어 좋네요. 조식은 가짓수는 얼마없다라는단점이 있지만 메뉴다거를것 없이 먹을만하고 식당에어컨이 안나온다는게단점 냉풍기와 선풍기로 만족하면 좋은 경치보며 깔끔히 식사할수 있습니다. 나무며 꽃이며 잉어며 조경과 인테리어에 신경많이쓴듯 넓지않지만 말그대로 코지하게 멋과 미가있다. 안방비치해변과 올드타운 사이라 애매할위치일수도 있고 반대로 양쪽다 멀지않은거리에있어 다니기 편하다고 생각할수도 있습니다. 조용해요 새소리들리고 사람많지 않아 수영장 전세내서쓸수있고 그런장점이 있습니다.

호이안이 도마뱀 천국이라..도마뱀이랑 직은 벌래들이 많았지만..이런 환경적인 부분들만 제외한다면 완벽했습니다. 수영장도 깨끗히 관리가 잘 되어있구 직원분들도 친철했습니다. 특히 조식이 맛있었어요

環境安靜，温馨舒適

We travelled as a couple to ahoy hoian, we had a wonderful stay here. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Wendy was so lovely and greeted us every morning and evening. She gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area. Her customer service skills are 10/10 - thank you! The housekeeping staff do a fabulous job, everywhere is so clean from guest areas to rooms. We have never seen such a clean pool! This is a new hotel which has been finished to a very high standard. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool side view with an outdoor shower - If you can, book room 105! It’s beautiful. The breakfast is the morning is a buffet style and has a lovely selection of local cuisine and continental. We stayed for 3 nights and it felt like home for our time there. Thank you to all the staff we met, you made the end of our time in Hoi An 10/10. We can’t wait to visit again in the future! CHÚC MỪNG NĂM MỚI✨

Out of all of our accommodation Ahoy was by far our favourite. A very special thank you to 3 of the most delightful, happy and kind staff Wendy, Naomi and Victorya you made our stay fabulous, thank you for sharing stories, helping to organise our days and trying to help Gavin with his very bad Vietnamese 😂 Ken our driver, thank you for the country music and excellent efforts in communicating with us. Our room was perfect, spacious and very clean, the tranquil grounds of the resort was just what we needed. We will definitely be back one day! We highly recommend Ahoy Hoian Boutique & Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ahoi Hoian Hotel. Expecially the team from the reception Victoria, Naomi and Wendy were very friendly and helpfull. We even were invited to join the "End of the Year" Party and we felt very honored by this. Thanks to the owner and his wife and to the three ladies of the reseption who made our stay so wunderfull.

4 days at Ahoy Hoi A was fantastic! Naomi , Victoria , Thomas and Wendy were very welcoming & warm. Great English too!! Ahoy great location , just outside of Old Town however close enough to ride a bike or 5 min in grab or even walk!! Pool areas (2) are lovely , breakfast tasty & given a breakfast box for our early flight!! Walking distance to yummy Vietnamese at Bong Restaurant !!

WARNING this maybe a great hotel BUT if the price is cheap it’s set up to sell time share units. We were quoted $300 for a week stay but in the fine print it’s says you must attend a two hour time share seminar. Then they ask for your annual income ect ect . Don’t do it!
