We understand that these times may not suit everyone, but they help us maintain the quality of our accommodations. Neverthless, we managed to give you an upgrade so you could get access the earliest as possible. Regarding our location, we are conveniently only a 10-minute walk from the city center, which we hope guests find manageable. As for the amenities, we do provide toothpaste and toothbrushes upon request at Reception and our oven is designed to function similarly to a microwave, allowing for versatile cooking options. Most importantly, we are disappointed to learn about your experience with our staff. We encourage guests to approach Reception with any concerns, as we are here to assist and resolve issues promptly.
