Breakfast is okay, staff are eager to help, the room is clean. Overall, it is a tranquil place.

One word to describe this property “Amazing”. Housekeeping, front office, breakfast and everything was super. Highly recommended !

The hotel is great! Great service, the breakfast is outstanding! Rooms and the whole hotel area is so beautiful and gorgeous!!!

It's a pretty new hotel, rooms are very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is good and the reception is very friendly and helps you with everything you need :) Location is a bit far from the city center, but you can just use the free bikes and go there in 10 minutes!

位置比較偏僻, 從峴港機場過去,司機用google map都唔識路搵.附近沒有其他餐廳選擇. 前台服務員態度好nice, 但沒料到豪華房間是需要行樓梯的,有露台望向泳池.房間寬倘,洗手間和浴室是分開的.可惜花灑的水力比較弱, 不冷不熱的水令人十分不滿.泳池比較偏細,早餐款式唔多.因為位置偏僻,所以叫車需要等候相當的時間. 第二日的早上發覺電力有問題,會突然間沒有電力,然後又恢復.前台回覆說是電力公司在附近工程,但是影響的就只就我們住的座樓,他們很好為此有作出賠償,就是給半價從會安古城到蜆港酒店 .

這間酒店是由以前一家舊洒店，拆了重新再起的新洒店，我和朋友都很驚訝，這洒店裝修給人現代的時尚感，每房也有不同顏色，令人尚心悅目，面積很寬躺，基本上全部物品都好新，由於是冬季，沒有到泳池游泳，一打開門，不到幾步就是泳池，就像私家泳池連房的一樣。我一定一定會再返來，今次住得太短了。洒店前台職員非常親切，給了我們好多資訊。 早餐方面，餐廳有點小，種類也很齊全，正在建設一個大的地方。

性價比很高 新裝修 房間走出來就是泳池 自助早餐還可以 選擇不算多 但對得起這價位了。隨便吃吃再離開酒店吃 反正旅行嘛

The BEST place to stay in Hoi An! We had such a wonderful stay last time that we knew we had to bring our parents this time. The lovely ladies at Reception went out of their way to make sure they were comfortable, giving them an accessible room with a walk-in shower and no stairs. It meant so much to us, and to them. The hotel is in a beautiful area with peaceful rice field views. We also loved the free, well-maintained bicycles and enjoyed riding through the fields—it’s such a great way to experience Hoi An. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Hotel was lovely. Service brilliant. Peter on the bar was nice but pushy for us to leave a TripAdvisor review as soon as we arrived, making sure to tell us to tip him directly. We finished our 2 day stay to which Peter hovered around us whilst waiting for a taxi expecting a tip which we said went into the tip box which gets shared. He wasn't impressed!!!!

The hotel is beautiful around rice fields. The staff is lovely, caring for us, caring, always attentive. A big thank you to Catherine, Lily, Sully and all the team who accompanied us on our trip, especially for the reservations at Hoi An memories show - scooter, and they even helped us book a Danang sleeper bus at ninh bihn. We highly recommend this hotel.

I was welcomed with warm smiles upon arrival and knew Serene Nature Hotel and Spa was the right choice for my week long stay in Hoi An. Whether leaving or entering the premises, someone was always there to share thoughts and the day’s plan. The comfortable bed, spacious shower, and city view felt like home. Easily, I settled into a morning routine with the sound of birds as my waking call for breakfast and then a stroll along the rice fields seeing bikers and locals along my path was the great way to begin each day. This was my first trip to Vietnam and a place worth visiting again. Peter, please have my room available next year around this time.

Very very nice location and even nicer staff behaviour. Extremely sweet people. Super fast service by them. Rosie is just so sweet and cute. Their cafe is also pretty good. Had the seafood spring rolls and the vegetarian spring rolls and they were absolutely lip smacking! Must try out here! Tried out the Vietnamese spa over here. That was also very relaxing and nicely done!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The building and interior design are modern and elegant, and the hotel is surrounded by lush green rice fields, offering breathtaking views from my room. The swimming pool was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. I was welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival and even received a free room upgrade. While swimming, they thoughtfully brought me a towel without me needing to ask. I also loved the free bikes available anytime, which made it easy to cycle to the old town and explore nearby restaurants. The neighbor's rooster was unbearable though, crowing nonstop from 3:30 AM to 8:30 AM—often four times per minute. While this was beyond the hotel's control, it led to two nights of disrupted sleep.
