Breakfast is okay, staff are eager to help, the room is clean. Overall, it is a tranquil place.

One word to describe this property “Amazing”. Housekeeping, front office, breakfast and everything was super. Highly recommended !

It's a pretty new hotel, rooms are very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is good and the reception is very friendly and helps you with everything you need :) Location is a bit far from the city center, but you can just use the free bikes and go there in 10 minutes!

位置比較偏僻, 從峴港機場過去,司機用google map都唔識路搵.附近沒有其他餐廳選擇. 前台服務員態度好nice, 但沒料到豪華房間是需要行樓梯的,有露台望向泳池.房間寬倘,洗手間和浴室是分開的.可惜花灑的水力比較弱, 不冷不熱的水令人十分不滿.泳池比較偏細,早餐款式唔多.因為位置偏僻,所以叫車需要等候相當的時間. 第二日的早上發覺電力有問題,會突然間沒有電力,然後又恢復.前台回覆說是電力公司在附近工程,但是影響的就只就我們住的座樓,他們很好為此有作出賠償,就是給半價從會安古城到蜆港酒店 .

這間酒店是由以前一家舊洒店，拆了重新再起的新洒店，我和朋友都很驚訝，這洒店裝修給人現代的時尚感，每房也有不同顏色，令人尚心悅目，面積很寬躺，基本上全部物品都好新，由於是冬季，沒有到泳池游泳，一打開門，不到幾步就是泳池，就像私家泳池連房的一樣。我一定一定會再返來，今次住得太短了。洒店前台職員非常親切，給了我們好多資訊。 早餐方面，餐廳有點小，種類也很齊全，正在建設一個大的地方。

性價比很高 新裝修 房間走出來就是泳池 自助早餐還可以 選擇不算多 但對得起這價位了。隨便吃吃再離開酒店吃 反正旅行嘛

We came to this place for our full-moon trip and were really happy that we could stay here. This hotel is right in the middle of the beautiful rice field surrounded by coconut trees, so it's a perfect place to escape from the busy streets of Old Hoi An city area. Though it's apart from the city area, this hotel is just a ten-minute bicycle ride away from the old city and good restaurants. Food they serve is also really good. They serve both Houanese and western cuisines which are delicious. What made our stay very special was the staff here. Rosie, Catherine, Lily and Sally, and many other! We will miss your warm smiles.

Stunning views, best staff ever. From reception to service, top notch. Great breakfast selection s for vegetarians. Easy to get around with grab taxi. Rooms are super cosy. Tip: Family room doesn't have that good a view the other rooms have, so check before booking.

Just the most beautiful 5 days spent in Hoi An! This hotel is in a great location and is so beautiful and peaceful! But what makes it even more special is the staff, they are so so kind and go out of their way to help you. Rosie, Catherine, Lily and Sally make you feel like family. I’d book this hotel in a heartbeat again. The food, service and ambience is 10/10. Thank you so much for making our trip special ❤️

My husband and I came to Serene Hotel and Spa last weekend for a little great vacation and we were blown away how flawless the place looks and feels considering it’s a new hotel. Excellent facilities, everything’s new, shiny and spotless. The location is a perfect for those who want to stay away from the craze of the old town and enjoy the view of beautiful green rice fields. Old town is just a few minutes away by bike and about 15-20 minutes by bicycle (we did both: bike is 150k for 24 hours and bicycles are free) I personally really enjoyed taking a nice long bath. Some hotels have really gross baths or there’s always something wrong with them, but the one at Serene Nature was just perfect. Not to mention it’s overlooking rice fields as well. The staff was so nice I can’t even describe, I’ve never been treated with such hospitality in my life. The breakfast which was included in price looked like your regular hotel breakfast but somehow tasted so much better. I really liked the coffee too.

We went here for a second time in the 3 month journey we planned through Southeast Asia. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we really wanted to go back to Hoi An and to the Serene Nature Hotel & Spa specifically. The hotel is located 2/3 km away from the Old Town in Hoi An, but that doesn’t matter cause you can go there with a bike, scooter or just simply take a Grab. What you get in return is a very peaceful place where you can enjoy the nature with the rice fields just behind the hotel. There’s a swimming pool and a restaurant in the garden where you can relax if you don’t want to go out. The food is good and would recommend the cao lau there. Special thanks to Peter who takes care of you and all the staff will do extra effort to help you. The rooms are very clean, one of the cleanest so far during our travel in Vietnam, and spacious. It is also cleaned daily. The breakfast is a buffet with a variety of Asian and Western food. You also have the possibility to order eggs and noodles. Delicious and good quality food to fill your stomach in the morning! It’s a very friendly environment, the staff will take their time to chat with you and make you feel home. We would also like to thank the people behind the desk: Rosie, Catherine and Lily for making our stay as comfortable as they did. And last but not least the manager and his wife! Thanks for everything, we’re looking forward to come a 3rd time!

The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and clean. The hotel is nestled in the rice paddies outside of the town but an easy taxi ride to the ancient town of Hoi An. The hotel staff were fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us and were very accommodating.
