Hotel E Caballeriza

Hotel abbastanza centrale a pochi metri dal parco de los flores. Buona struttura con camera grande e confortevole anche se un pò rumorosa in quanto sulla strada. Nel bagno non c'era nessun tipo di sapone e la colazione era scarsa, non consono soprattutto per un hotel a 4 stelle. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

The Caballeriza Hotel exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the charming architecture and tranquil atmosphere created an immediate sense of relaxation. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I must specifically commend Frank for his exceptional service. His warm welcome, proactive assistance, and genuine kindness made our experience truly memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, reflecting a commitment to quality and detail. The overall ambiance of the Caballeriza fostered a sense of peace and sophistication. It's a place where you can unwind and truly feel pampered. The whole main feeling when I am on Caballeriza hotel is the sense of home. You can feel there like in your own house but with superpowers, with the a VIP service at all times. Good food and service, five stars without any doubt. I recommend this wonderful place despite the reason taking you to Holguin city.

It is my second visit to the Caballeriza by Mystique Hotel in Holguín and it is difficult to compare them because on both occasions they made me feel 100% like family, thanks to the entire team and special thanks to Leydi,/Yanelis,/Rolando,/Yaremis /Laura / Ariel, I hope look at them when I return in April
