優點：民宿所在的地理位置確實挺不錯，緊挨騎樓老街，可以隨時下去逛。 每間房的空間挺寬敞，屋內的設施很新，智能化設備很多，電視還是vip隨便看，很大方啊！而且桌上還免費提供牛奶小零食，衞生做的也不錯。 注意事項：這個地理位置車多，樓下有停車場，可以免費停車，但是數量和車位大小都比較緊巴，開大車來的人不是很好停車。 不論是民宿位置還是前台都太隱蔽了，本來騎樓老街這店鋪就亂套，民宿前台在賣酒的屋子裡，不問誰也不知道這還一民宿。 如果訂的是家庭四室一廳套房要到12層再走一層樓梯到13樓。12層外面有個酒吧，隔壁還有個ktv……反正周圍有各種噪音來源吧，睡眠輕的記得帶耳塞。
