If I could give them zero I would probably do that. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life! It started with me deciding to stay for an extra night. As usual I just booked exactly the same room as the first night. The only problem was that in the middle of the day when i was doing a boat trip i found their message in whatsapp saying that I need to move to another room cause yesterday they gave me an upgrade. The only problem is that they didn't tell me about that. If they did I would have just booked the upgraded room option. It's not a big deal. Then it was like we packed your bags without you. Can you imagine! They touched my clothes, my underwear! This is so too much. The problem is that the room I was in was still available on the trip.com. So ok, I could handle with the fact that they moved my and almost ruined my drone. But when I came to the new room there was no hot water at all. They asked the repair guy to come and fix it. That was too much for me so I called trip.com to cancel this booking and get me a new hotel. Then as it was around 7 pm and I had zero food and was all salty from the ocean I decided to go to another hotel Then I messaged trip.com again cause I wanted my money back and the hotel told them that there's no hot water in the room type I chose. So the question is why did you start repairing the water heater if there's no hot water in the room? So avoid this place at all costs. I'll attach everything. Please don't stay in this hotel. Prevent them from scamming other people

PPengguna TetamuOne of the best hotels we’ve been to! We we’re very well received, and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good and so was the overall menu. The rooms we’re amazing, really big and spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor bathrooms. Location was good, far from the busy and crowded center area but close enough by bike (10-15min), and you can rent them there. Rentals and bookings are a bit more pricey at the hotel, but definitely reliable and guaranteed! Swimming pool was great, and points for the front beach view! The owner of the hotel was also really friendly and helpful. Overall really good, and we can’t wait to go back!

Zzjlygwt春節全家6口人來到了吉利M島，入住了Kurakura，強烈推薦入住，真的是比我預想的還要好，雖然酒店不是什麼五星級大酒店，但是房間乾淨，大。雖然是雨季，但我們呆了5天，雖然雲多，但就遇到一場小雨，下了1小時，夜裡下的大點，完全不影響遊玩。我們帶2小孩訂了一間聯通房。竟然有2個大床，2個單人床，共3個房間。還有一個小遊泳池。島上十分安靜，春節5天就碰到1個國人。出門右轉就是ATM機，可以用銀聯取現。島上基本衹能用現金，不能刷卡。真的是太意外了。酒店就位於m島碼頭處，下船1分鐘就到了。可以租自行車環島。左邊走過碼頭就是很好的浮潛區域，珊瑚巨大，顏色豐富，海龜不少，魚類更是巨多。右轉走幾分鐘就是小海龜基地。橫穿到島對面，騎車5分鐘，下海則是最著名的海底雕像，這裏也有不少海龜，還有獅子魚。酒店人員十分熱情，太喜歡這裏了。門口就是酒店餐廳，面朝大海。
島上的慢生活太好了，完美的春節之行。

PPengguna TetamuIl Wisma Bunda è un posto minimale, molto vicino al centro (una passeggiata a piedi), è la coppia che gestisce la struttura è super gentile e disponibile. La struttura è vecchia ma abbiamo trovato la camera pulita, a differenza di altri posti che a Bali e Lombok lasciano parecchio a desiderare. Il bagno con doccia è esterno ma privato, francamente sono stata benissimo, ci tornerei adesso. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (16 euro a notte per una doppia) Consigliato

However the things in the room were quite old and dirty (definitely it was cleaned but due to several use it had spots and also the curtains would need a wash)
The breakfast is served on the beach and under your feet is the sand which was super great. The juice the best for the breakfast but about the selection of breakfast is suoer poor. You can chose tea or coffee or juice. You cant have juice with coffee…. And the meal also toast or something else, but as I have allergic problems I got some slices of fruits. It was nice but of course soon needed a second breakfast :)

PPengguna TetamuCan’t speak for the bungalows as didn’t see, but if the toilets and reception are representative then…oh oh. I’m talking about the restaurant and beach. This place has lots of minuses, and I’ll come to those, but the major plus outweighs the minuses in a big way. The biggest plus is that this resort has a few amazing low, hanging trees full of bloom that cast a wonderful shade across much of the beach front. This means that you can enjoy the Sun on the loungers (new covers, staff would clean sand), the crystal sea, or if you’re looking for some shade under the trees you’ve got that in abundance (this part of the beach appears to have a narrow shorefront, that ebbs and flows with the tide, but that’s a very minor thing). This was absolutely wonderful for our three-year-old daughter who made it her playground. The beach to the east gets steadily more crowded and soon enough gets dirty the closer you are to the ferry. West it’s more huts with a few loungers. Here seems to be the optimal spot. Came here for at least part of each day for three weeks. Also almost every day turtles came up almost to the beach. The food is so so, on one day, the vegetable curry was amongst the best I’ve had, and another day it was amongst the worst. If there was any consistency to this place, it was in its inconsistency. The guys that ran, it were really nice, but also don’t expect any level of sophistication in their approach to customer service. I left my hat one day and when I came back the next it was obviously gone. Yes I had left it they all said, but none thought it wise to put it away for me when I came back. A bit pricey but less so than at more fancy places (this ain’t one!) but kind of on par for Gili T that is very dear when compared to Lombok or Bali (at least in the cheap north). Five stars for the beach, trees, and friendly staff.

Cet hôtel paraissait bien sur le site, mais en réalité, il est complètement délabré. Comme nous avions payé d'avance, nous n'avons pas pu changer ! Les chambres sont vieilles et vétustes : rien ne fonctionne : clim hs, literie catastrophique, pas de drap, salle de bain sale et robinetterie cassée avec uniquementde l'eau froide, toilettes cassés, la piscine est très sale et pas nettoyée et même dangereuse car des clous dépassaient par terre et les transats étaient cassés.... il n'y avait pas de quoi nous faire le petit déjeuner et un matin, nous n'avons rien eu. Tout est sale !!!!!! Le personnel ”glande” sur leur téléphone et ne s'occupe de rien !!!! Cet hôtel devrait fermer !!!! Ou bien être ”rafraîchi ” . Dommage car le concept des petites maisonnettes était sympa. Si je pouvais mettre zéro en note, je mettrai zéro !!!!!! Les photos ont l'air bien, mais c'est loin d'être bien : fuyez cet établissement !!!!! Nous avons l'habitude des logements ”rudimentaires” car nous voyageons beaucoup, mais là : fuyez !!!

A wonderful restful 2 night stay at this quaint hotel. The room was very clean with a very comfy king size bed and good pillows. It has a bar fridge which was very handy and also a kettle for tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was good and easy to connect. The bathroom was clean with reasonable water pressure and hot water was reliable. Towels were clean and fresh. Swimming pool is large and great to refresh and do laps. Staff were incredibly attentive and were are standby for any requests. The cafe served really good food. Beach is across the road and great for sunset. Only thing this hotel needs is a bit more colour other wise a great stay. All in all good value for money. Thank you to all staff and management I will be back 🙏

The only bad things was that our toilet dont worked properly, the water of the tap was salty and the swimming pool a bit dirty...but for 8 euro with the breakfast i didnt expect much more, just the toilet could be better next time i hope 😅

PPengguna TetamuDas Zimmer (für 3 Erwachsene) war einfach, aber sauber. Für uns war es perfekt, da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit draußen verbrachten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit einem leckeren Eistee in Empfang genommen und das Frühstück, Pancakes, schmeckte prima. Für 10€ pro Person/pro Nacht (inkl. Frühstück) kann man absolut nicht meckern. Für Personen, die gerne etwas mehr zum Frühstück essen, wäre es auch kein Problem gewesen, Speisen - für sehr erschwingliche Preise - hinzu zu buchen. Vielen Dank an das nette Team! Der Blick aufs Meer, den man während des Frühstücks genießen durfte, ist das absolute Highlight!
