PPengguna TetamuEnde 2022 war unser erster Besuch der Familie Pinthong und waren begeistert. Keine Frage , wir müssten hier unbedingt anknüpfen. Wir haben es nicht bereut, immer verändert sich etwas und wird noch schöner. Die Handtücher täglich gewechselt, ein feines Frühstück mit allem was man sich wünschen könnte, die Familie und die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Service rundherum.... Wenn uns wieder nach Thailand lockt, dann kommen wir bestimmt wieder zu Wanna und genießen die nicht zu übertreffende Gastfreundschaft. Es ist unbeschreiblich hier. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt bei Ausflügen, Besorgungen , Essen, Trinken, Tipps, alle kleinen und Großen Problem sind lösbar. Wir sind soo dankbar für diese wunderschöne Zeit hier.

PPengguna TetamuIt's perfectly located and offers everything you need for a couple of nights. The rooms are spacious, the wi-fi works well, and the beds are large. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they were kind enough to keep our luggage for us as we left for two nights on Phi Phi. As for minuses, the breakfast is not amazing and the sheets on the bed were old and not very clean. Quite a turn-off for an otherwise lovely place, so hopefully this will be improved in the future.

JJonnyEggsThe villa is very comfortable with all the amenities you could need to relax and cook. It’s about ten minutes drive to the beach, either Ao Nang or Ao Nam Mao. There are beautiful Mountain views from the viewing deck. The property is clean and secure. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff were really friendly but unfortunately after waiting 3 hours to check in I found bed bugs in the bed. I had checked reviews to avoid any place with bed bugs and there was no mention of any on other reviews. I reported in to the receptionist and they changed my room right away and had a cleaner stripping the bed straight away. However there was then bed bugs in the 2nd room, to which I immediately showed the receptionist as she was still in my last room and she just flicked it off and said they will change the sheets. My concern was that if there are bed bugs in two of the rooms on the sheets then there will be more and they reside in the mattress and below the sheets too. I said I just cannot stay there as I do not want to get bites or for my things to become infested. The receptionist said sorry there are no refunds, I read at the desk that there were no refunds under any circumstances however I understand that for other reasons but this is unacceptable and this is a clear health issue and was completely out of my control. I am disappointed with the approach towards this and feel I should have received a refund as I was not there for even an hour. This would have been a lovely stay and the staff were so kind and did try to rectify the situation by giving me a new room immediately but unfortunately due to this issue I would not recommend staying here.

PPengguna TetamuGood room, a/c, tv, tea pot. Bed is comfy. No view from on window and view to the parking lot from the other. Once I spent the day without given water but then I asked for it and it was okay.
Also when I ran out of soap, I was given a lot of everything all at once. And also hair dryer.
Once there was a big cockroach but I think it’s not hotel’s fault. It has probably got inside from the street.
The hotel is really close to the sea. However, this place in Ao Nang is not that touristic, so it’s good for chilling, but the closest part of the beach is mostly for boats and you’ll need to go further to find a place to swim

PPengguna TetamuGreat little place right across the street from where the songthaew leaves to Ao Nang, a few minutes walk from the pier where you can take the longtail boats to Railay beach or Ao Nang beach and enough restaurants and little eateries just steps away.
Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. When I was sick they made sure to leave water and fresh towels in front of my room every day.
Would come back if I’m in the area again.

PPengguna TetamuJust Fine Krabi Hotel is located right next to a fruit and food market, night market, and also very close to the river side. There was a Krabi Food Festival 2023 by the riverside while we were there, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a tour agency next door that rents out motorbikes for THB300 per 24 hours. Everything is very convenient. Vogue mall and supermarket is a 10min walk away. The room itself was very spacious, clean, well equipped and really great value for money. The staff were super helpful, obliging, and friendly and gave good vibes. There's a lovely cafe at the hotel lobby serving great coffee and salted egg croissants. I would definitely stay here again if given a choice!

TThanida TNice and modern hotel. Located in the middle of krabi city. Near krabi river just cross the road. Room 401 had splendid river view with Kanabnam mountain. 3 night markets around hotel. Easy to walkaround everywhere. Three banks, 7/11 and familymart just 100 meters away from hotel. I'm so impressed to stay at the River scene Krabi. Funtional room, comfy bed and lovely decorate flowers on bed and cake in fridge for 7th years anniversary. Thank you so much.

PPengguna TetamuJudging by the pictures on Google Maps there is a wide range of rooms available. Some clearly much better than others. Ju Soh ( I hope I've got that right. She was the elegant lady with the light grey head scarf), booked us in and we mainly dealt with her during our stay and she was excellent. She booked us in efficiently, made sure everything was in order and helped us with advice during our visit. She arranged our transit from Phi Phi to Koh Samui when we left which went smoothly. Our room was at the rear of the main building in what, I would politely describe as, a recent addition. Possibly constructed by apprentice builders who need a new bubble in their spirit level and they've not noticed that the end has snapped off their tape measure. 🤦🏻♂️ Nothing is straight and nothing fits. It was accessed via an abstract series of uneven steps surfaced in green bathroom tiles then a wooden staircase which leant forward as they hadn't put it in at the correct angle. This led to our landing which had the rooms to the right and more stairs up to yet another level. Our room had a double bed missing a leg on the right side, if standing facing the top of the bed, so that the frame banged every time you rolled over. The top left corner had a tile under that leg. There was damage to the plastic bathroom door that had clearly been salvaged from elsewhere as it was much smaller than the doorway with the old screw holes clearly visible and the door latch that didn't line up with the original retainer The bathroom sink had no water pressure so you had to use the shower head. The shower had decent pressure and drained to the drain in the bottom left corner. The toilet served it's purpose. We put some water in empty water bottles to give them some weight and used these to plug the floor and sink drain when not in use to stop the mozzies coming up through the drains, as suggested in reviews we had seen. They do not use U bend water traps on their plumbing hence when there's no water flowing it's an open route for bugs in to the room. We found a leech on the floor one time as we had forgotten to put the bottle back. The walls are cardboard thin so we could hear our neighbours whenever they came, left or moved about. The aircon worked well, a blessing. The establishment's location is great. It's a 12 minute walk through town from the port and is about 100m from the edge of the main town. It is about 40m after the start of the steps up to the viewpoint. Most places outside town involve climbing up the hills that surround the town. This place didn't As there are only a very few vehicles on the island you walk every where. A man with a trolley met us at the port and took our bags as we walked behind through the maze of narrow streets in the town. That was a blessing as it would have been a nightmare to navigate and manage our luggage in the mid afternoon heat and crowds. Well worth the 100bht.
