Für Ausländer schwierig, da es keinen Support wie on einem normalen hotel gibt. Keine Rezeption, nur die Email, wie man in das Gebäude kommt, Zimmertemperatur und den Code zum öffnen dee Tür. Ansonsten sauber und ruhig.

LLets go with SalmanThis is not hotel, you'll feel as your home. All facilities (with snacks) have with very cheap price,The owner is very friendly. He personally do all things for guest. Also he'll suggest you to travel a lot of tourists spot nearby. He arrange party (attached pic with owner) for all guest. You'll feel like your home. I travelled a lot of country, but I didn’t see before like him. I highly recommend for this hotel to book. My personal rating for this guest house is 10/10.

Полотешки зуб щетки шамп кон. Все есть.
Рядом супермаркет круглосуточный. Так же кафе и магазинчики есть. В номере тихо.
Женщина что нас заселяла отдельное спасибо❤️. У нас зажержали рейс и она нас подождала.
Советую транзитникам или кто ненадолгий срок. Отличное место.

PPengguna TetamuI booked via Booking.com and asked about whether I can head to the hostel to check in, after I have done all I am supposed to do at ICN (take PCR test). I just want to know if they will allow me to check in, and stay isolated in the room (with attached bathroom) till the PCR test result is out. There was complete SILENCE for more than 9 days. The trip is in December 2021

PPengguna TetamuIt was a very pleasant experience. Clean, simplistic, and convenient. Most importantly, affordable with value. One of the best choices if you need one night stay for flight connecting. The host even offered free shuttle service between the happy place and the airport.

PPengguna TetamuLovely guesthouse. Everything looks brand new. The kitchen has all you need, microwave, kettle, water, toaster etc and the bed is very comfortable. There is a nice outdoor area upstairs where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast.

8828TJAFor the train to Seoul, this town is the first stop after leaving ICN airport. Finding the train and buying a ticket is easy. This guesthouse is less than a ten minute walk from the train station. The blocks are irregularly shaped so put the address on your phone. Entrance is at the back of another building, several floors up. There's an elevator. Push a button to talk to someone for entrance. The accommodation is a bedroom. Mine was windowless. Several are attached to a common area with sofa, table, small kitchen, etc. A very simple breakfast is offered there: Cereal, bread, coffee, etc. Everything was very, very clean and comfortable but I wouldn't want to just hang out there because the bedroom was so sp****ly furnished. I used it as an overnight while changing planes, for which it was quite adequate. I seemed to be the only person staying there. The woman who let me in (minimal English) got me settled then left, not to be seen again. The photo shows a rooftop area apparently for the use of guests. I wasn't aware of it when I was there, and would not have known how to access it. It's at the edge of a small business district with plenty of restaurants, and on the opposite side of the station is the larger part of the city with many more hotels and restaurants and also a Lotte department store.

KKaranPlace was completely adequate and worth the cheap price! The location was also convenient in getting to the airport and there was enough to eat around. The check-in process was not that straightforward though. Definitely had to figure it out (not that it took more than 5 minutes to understand). The solo room is also a decent enough size too, and the fridge was a reasonable size too.

PPengguna TetamuAppalled with my stay at this property. The room was unhygienic and the black mold presence made me concerned for health implications. On the day of my check-in, I recieved no communication from the property until reached out to the host to request the check-in password. As per requested by the host on the major hotel app where I had made the reservation, I was expected to use private messaging methods for communication. feel it is unreasonable and unprofessional to be asked to disclose my personal messaging accounts to communicate with a property that was reserved on a major booking website. Upon check-in I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest and had dirty towels on the floor and sheets strewn on the bed. Therefore I was sent to another room. The room itself was filthy and unhabitable. The bathroom was disgusting with mildew, black mold and general built up grime. It was filthy and unsanitary. There were old toothpaste splatters and layers of dirt. The toilet was dirty as was the floor. The rest of the room had general grime and the smell was stale and smelled unclean. My socks were dirty after walking on the floors. The whole experience was a horror and I was glad to get out after just 5 hours of discomfort. It was the dirtiest place have ever stayed in my life. I'm shocked that a place of such low hygiene is sold to paying customers. Additionally the auto pincode lock was malfunctioning and I was told if it didn't work needed to manually press it. If there was a known fault with the lock, this should have been fixed instead of subjecting paying customers to a room that is not secure or raises safety concerns. The pictures speak for themselves.

The building was not bad and even at that time someone was available to contact as I needed code to room etc .. he responded straight away. The room was only for a night and was clean and had fridge, WiFi, clean bathroom and even a washing machine 👍🏼👍🏼 and a pick of 2 comfortable enough double beds.
