The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

Celebrating my birthday in a foreign country was initially quite nerve-wracking, but this hotel left me with wonderful, unforgettable memories. Throughout my stay, the hotel’s overall service was outstanding, but what truly touched me was the staff's professionalism and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude especially to Bella Kim. On my birthday, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t reach the local cake delivery driver due to the language barrier and international communication limits. Feeling anxious and helpless, Bella immediately noticed my distress. Throughout the entire situation, she went out of her way to check on me multiple times, which made me feel incredibly warm and cared for. She then proactively used her own phone to call the delivery driver and efficiently coordinated the communication for me. Thanks to her amazing assistance, I received my birthday cake smoothly and had a truly wonderful birthday. Bella’s professionalism, kindness, and continuous initiative completely eased my anxiety abroad and made me feel right at home. This was an exceptional stay, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to South Korea!

Easy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

Great stay! If they have more choice for breakfast and who will eat Takoyaki in the morning?

The area is so amazing it's like you're near Enchanted Kingdom in Manila and Boracay. The bus terminal and train station are close to the hotel. I love the place. Desk staff don't know how to speak English but we have a translator app to make it easy. Thank you Trip.com. Will come back here again on our next vacation.

Oleh kerana saya melawat pada hari bekerja, ia adalah tenang, bersih, dan selesa. Tekanan air pancuran adalah kuat dan tab mandi besar, jadi ia kelihatan seperti tempat yang baik untuk mandi separuh badan~~ Tuala dalam keadaan baik, dan tiada bau penghawa dingin, jadi saya berehat dengan baik selama 2 hari 1 malam! Lain kali saya pergi ke Incheon, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi!

We only stayed 1 night as we had to catch a very early flight the next morning, but we had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, they spoke English well. Everything went smoothly. The check-in counter is located at the 19th floor and it has a cool view. I believe there is also a restaurant located at that floor. The room was super spacious, with modern decoration and it was clean. It is convenient if you want to stay somewhere close to the Incheon airport, it is around 30 mins drive.

I believe this is my first time staying in a guesthouse in Korea. I thought it was a regular hotel. The location is great, only a few minutes away from the airport as I wanted. Coffee shops, restaurants, CU and 7 elevens are right in the area. The room was very nice, spacious, and pretty much had everything you could need...even a full size refrigerator and freezer. Nice views outside. I didn't get the automatic email right away but I was able to get in touch once I called the number to get my room info.

I stayed here for awhile. Mainly to rest after medical procedure. What I liked was that it was almost smoke free. The rooms was a little run down but clean. The guy at the front desk is an ocd cleaner. It close to the main road with many stores and places to eat. I love the coffee area downstairs and of course the ice on hand. The tea is not very good but loved the mango juice. The cleaning lady is my favorite person at this hotel. The Wi-Fi is awesome.

Very good for short stay. It is an affordable accomodation close to Incheon airport. I arrived Incheon airport at midnight and took taxi to the hotel, spending less than 12000 won which is very cheap. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff/ owner was very nice. Equipped and provided with shower stuffs, toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer and bottled water. They even have hair curlers, hair gel and tea bags.
