Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and ******!

Unforgettable Birthday Experience Thanks to Exceptional Service! Celebrating my birthday in a foreign country was initially quite nerve-wracking, but this hotel left me with wonderful, unforgettable memories. Throughout my stay, the hotel’s overall service was outstanding, but what truly touched me was the staff's professionalism and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude especially to Bella Kim. On my birthday, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t reach the local cake delivery driver due to the language barrier and international communication limits. Feeling anxious and helpless, Bella immediately noticed my distress. Throughout the entire situation, she went out of her way to check on me multiple times, which made me feel incredibly warm and cared for. She then proactively used her own phone to call the delivery driver and efficiently coordinated the communication for me. Thanks to her amazing assistance, I received my birthday cake smoothly and had a truly wonderful birthday. Bella’s professionalism, kindness, and continuous initiative completely eased my anxiety abroad and made me feel right at home. This was an exceptional stay, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to South Korea!

We stayed here on the day of arrival & departure due to its proximity to Incheon Airport (15 mins). We booked a sea view room where you can see beautiful sunrise. There is an observation tower nearby, walking distance around 5 mins, you can view beautiful sunset. Also, there is a nice park next to Hotel. The check-in & concierge employees speak good English. Best plus point is the free shuttle service to & from Airport.

Stayed here to ensure smooth sailing to catch my flight. Didn't manage to enjoy all the facilities. But front desk staff were very accommodating to late check out request. Breakfast spread was very comprehensive! Airport transfer was smooth and easy. All in all, a great night at Grand Hyatt Incheon. But really more for staying-in/business travelers as to get to like Seoul is quite a distance. Nearby we did go to Chinatown for dinner. But shops there do close fairly early.

Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy. Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

Oleh kerana saya melawat pada hari bekerja, ia adalah tenang, bersih, dan selesa. Tekanan air pancuran adalah kuat dan tab mandi besar, jadi ia kelihatan seperti tempat yang baik untuk mandi separuh badan~~ Tuala dalam keadaan baik, dan tiada bau penghawa dingin, jadi saya berehat dengan baik selama 2 hari 1 malam! Lain kali saya pergi ke Incheon, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi!

I arrived to the hotel at 10:00, while official check-in starts from 15:00. The manager was very kind and said that I could check-in earlier. The location is super good, you could go to the airport by walk, it will take about 15-20 minutes (~1.6 km). And also there is a free shuttle bus station to the airport right Infront of the building. The room is very big and comfortable, and there are several CV stores near to the hotel.

The hotel was clean and cozy with a great ocean view. The bathroom was newly renovated and included helpful amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hairdryer. There were many restaurants downstairs, including Korean options, plus a convenience store in the building. A karaoke place was located across the street, and the hotel was very close to the airport.

Very good for short stay. It is an affordable accomodation close to Incheon airport. I arrived Incheon airport at midnight and took taxi to the hotel, spending less than 12000 won which is very cheap. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff/ owner was very nice. Equipped and provided with shower stuffs, toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer and bottled water. They even have hair curlers, hair gel and tea bags.
