I am a loyal Royal Plaza Hkg guest and i have stayed more than 10 times over the years. Love the spacious room, perfect for our family of 4. This trip , our family went to Shenzhen first before Hong Kong and was disappointed to find out that Royal Plaza Hkg cannot match the comfort level of a 4* hotel we stayed in Shenzhen for 2/3 of the price. 1. The bathroom is dated and shower water pressure is super low. Oh, and the hair dryer …. i think it is product of the 80s. (My last hotel provides dyson) 2. the free shuttle service to tsim sar zui no longer available. 3. bed and pillows were comfortable, just the warm room (though i have adjusted to the lowest temperature possible) marred the experience of a good night sleep (for me). It was fine during the day, it warmer n stuffier during the wee hours. Like it or not, definitely a change of temperature before and after sleep.

Extremely easy to book with Trip.com for this hotel. Hotel are in excellent location. You won't go hungry. Roast Goose or Siu Yuk are plenty. Not to mention other restaurant. Shops are just within a few steps. Near Olympic MTR Station but you need to walk casually 10 minutes. Bus stop just across this hotel. Easy to navigate. Hotel staffs are friendly and approachable. Room are good in terms of space. HOWEVER TOOTHBRUSH you need to buy in vending machine at ground floor of this hotel or 7Eleven nearby. Breakfast are good spread with QUALITY. Enough to fill up your tummy before Exploring Hong Kong.

If you're looking for a hotel with a prime location, Metropark Hotel Mongkok is an amazing choice! Just a few minutes' walk to Prince Edward MTR and close to Mongkok MTR, getting around Hong Kong couldn't be easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of three (2 adults and 1 child). It's hard to find this kind of space in Hong Kong at such a reasonable price. There are endless food options and shopping spots nearby, making it super convenient for families or anyone who loves exploring local eateries. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, saving us time to enjoy our trip. For the price and convenience, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking to stay in the heart of Hong Kong. We’d definitely stay here again!

Setiap kali saya menginap di hotel, terdapat kakitangan perkhidmatan yang berbeza, terutamanya Miss MAGGIE NG Wu Lixin, yang sangat baik, memberikan perkhidmatan yang bersemangat, dan membuatkan anda berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Sangat disyorkan! ! !

It was a very good hotel stay with very good location and services. It was a short distance from Hotel to Mongkok on foot. Besides, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel also provided free simple breakfast with bread, coffee and tea at 2/F Lounge. Overall Cost Performance was very high.

Very good location at Tsim Sha Tsui, MTR exit just beside the hotel. But the hotel is quite old and feel chaos during busy time, the staff at the entrance won't control the incoming car and caused congestion. My room window is facing back of Chung King Mansion which is not a very pleasant view.

Sukar untuk mencari bilik berkembar dengan katil yang besar di sekitar Tsim Sha Tsui. Ia boleh memuatkan 4 orang di tingkat 18 yang baru diubah suai dan sangat bersih sangat besar. Makcik yang menjaga tingkat 18 juga sangat baik, saya akan memilih jenis bilik ini lain kali saya membawa bayi saya ke sini.

Was really looking forward to coning back for my 40th bday as I had stayed for 30th bday 10 years ago. Stayed 2 nights with the family in a Horizon Club room. Room was nice and horizon club benefits are great. No cake or decorations or any mention from staff about my birthday. I guess they don't put much emphasis on celebrations as much as they use to.

The room was spacious and clean. Efforts put into cleaning the room can really be seen. The bedding was comfortable and the amenities in room were adequate. Although the room looked a bit dated, it more than made up for it with the comfortable ambience. It is just a comfortable hotel to stay in.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated, and their warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression. During a romantic stay, my partner and I were delighted by the thoughtful touches, like a heart-shaped cushion on the sofa, which added the perfect touch of love to our room.   And let’s talk about the location! With a shopping mall right downstairs, convenience was at its best. Whether I needed a last-minute item or just wanted to indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just steps away. After a day of shopping, retreating to the comfort of the hotel felt like a luxury.   Speaking of staff, I have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team who made our stay even more special! Herman, Richard, and Lily went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you for making us feel so well taken care of!
