It is centrally located in the Kowloon district and is within walking distance to many eateries and shopping areas. The hotel staff are friendly and the room was very comfortable. You can walk 1 minute from Tsim Sha Tsui East station exit P1.

I had a fantastic stay at The Mira Hotel! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick and seamless. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made everything easy. Housekeeping was also outstanding. I really appreciated the attention to detail. My housekeeper noticed that I drank a lot of water and kindly left extra bottles for me the next day. It’s little touches like this that make a stay extra special. The location is perfect for visitors. Situated in the bustling Kowloon district, it’s just a short two-minute walk to the subway, making it super convenient to get around. It only takes one stop to reach Central on Hong Kong Island, so exploring the city is effortless. Overall, The Mira is a stylish, well-run hotel in a prime location. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend.

The Hotel is top notch - beautiful, excellent service and best location. The best part is the staff friendly and always eager to help! We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend it to family and friends. We will stay in this Hotel if we ever come back to Hong Kong.

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. I particularly loved the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour – waking up to that stunning sight was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was impressive. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The rooftop pool was a highlight – a serene oasis with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary refreshments. Dining at Hotel ICON was another standout. The breakfast buffet at The Market offered an incredible variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the innovative and fresh dishes at Above & Beyond, which paired beautifully with the stunning view. The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I can’t wait to return!

This is a hotel that loves to show off about its facilities like a swimming pool and a gym but it fails to get the basics right. There are no sockets next to the bed so you can't charge you phone or computer which relaxing in bed. The part of the room where the kettle and tea are doesn't have socket either (please see photo) so I had to move the kettle to next to the TV to boil water. The wifi was unaccessable. I rang the reception - no resposnse. I had to go all the way downstairs to get assistance with this. When I mentioned that nobody answered the phone all the could say is 'we're busy' - no apology. Finally I paid for the shuttle bus. A receipt was not even provided so I was concerned whther they would even remember that I had paid for it. These may all seem like small things but together they add up to a very unfulfilling experience. Unless you are really desperate for a cheap hotel, I wouldn't recommend staying here.s

Living up the legend and an iconic Historical Luxury that could endure International Standards, from the hardware maintenance to the overall ambiance and interactions with the staff to all little details. Amenities from all Narumi to silver wear to International TV channels etc. The hotel staff was well-trained in the Hong Kong style of hospitality, being efficient and eager to resolve any guest issues promptly with clear communication. I have always wanted to experience the Peninsula’s hospitality, and I am glad I finally had the opportunity. For seasoned travelers, this is definitely the Choice! This isn’t for the casual traveler who measures their adventures by price tags rather than the rich tapestry of experiences that come from authentic details.and the cost of this level of hospitality. Pre arrivale: Even though I booked through Ctrip, I would prefer if the room setup included more English options instead of being entirely in Chinese. I hope this can be addressed for future stays. Saya hanya menginap satu malam di hotel ini sementara menunggu penerbangan keesokan harinya. Jadi ulasan saya hanya dari pengalaman tinggal yang sangat singkat. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Ia betul-betul di Pelabuhan Victoria. Ia tidak jauh dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah, jadi untuk pergi ke bahagian lain di Hong Kong adalah mudah. Ia mungkin tidak semudah tinggal di kawasan Tsim Sha Sui, tetapi untuk sampai ke Tsim Sha Sui hanya dengan menaiki kereta api bawah tanah yang singkat. Bilik saya sangat mengagumkan. Ia menghadap pelabuhan dan sangat bersih dan selesa. Saya menanda perkhidmatan dan kemudahan sebagai 4/5 atas sebab berikut. Hotel ini tidak menyediakan sebarang berus gigi atau ubat gigi. Sebagai perbandingan, ini adalah perkhidmatan standard di tanah besar. Anda boleh membeli berus gigi atau ubat gigi dari lobi, tetapi harganya sangat mahal dan jelas bertujuan untuk menipu pelancong yang malas atau jahil. Hanya pergi ke pasar raya berdekatan dan beli berus gigi atau ubat gigi dengan harga yang jauh lebih murah jika terlupa atau tidak bawa sendiri. Selain daripada itu, saya suka hotel ini. Saya mempunyai masa yang baik di sana walaupun saya hanya tinggal satu malam setengah hari.

This hotel is located within the airport, which was amazing. There are signs that are highlighted in red that direct you to the location of the hotel. After a long day, decompressing in the cushy beds was a relief and very brought a lot of comfort. My favorite part of the hotel was the fast and efficient check in process. Even with an estimated 50 people in line in front of me on a super busy holiday weekend, the staff was polite, swift, and professional. Kudos!

Nice hotel, luxury, comes with lounge, snacks, breakfast and simple meals provided, for suite room check in at 43th floor, meet and greet girl at lobby kinda...., cause she said opps sorry I just can speak English, why they assign a person greeting at lobby with just English speaking, try to learn from Emirates, it's weird, when in elevator ,you ask something to her in Cantonese, she look at you and answer sorry I don't understand, then you speak in Chinese, and she say sorry just English @@.
