We stayed in Nathan Hotel for a week and found it quiet pleasing. We booked a ”smart room” which came with a Smart TV to watch netflix,youtube, mini fridge and a big space. The room was quite spacious as most places in HK are quiet small. We had 0 issues and housekeepers would clean the room everyday. The pictures of room uploaded by the hotel looks really clean and perfect but expect a bit of wear and tear i.e stains in curtains, carpet, wallpaper coming off etc. I would recommend this hotel to any couples but make sure you get room above 7 floors like we have as they are quite modern.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following: 1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation; 2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap. Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Hotel Cozi during my visit to Hong Kong, and I had a wonderful experience.The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. While they were a bit on the smaller side (as is typical in Hong Kong), the smart use of space and thoughtful amenities made the stay pleasant. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cozi for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in Hong Kong. It’s perfect for both tourists and business travelers alike.

The hotel is located in a good area for shopping and entertainment. The check in was fast and the staff was very nice and polite. The room is spacious. The best about the room was the bed and the pillows- very comfy! The price is quite high for this type of 5* hotel. I would not classify as 5 * but for Hong Kong I suppose it is. Overall, good experience!

Friendly stuff, quick check-in. Room: smaller than I expected. The restroom door was a bit transparent and had no lock. We had all the necessary things like soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and paste, safe box, towels, electric adapters, usb cable, tea and coffee, and ice bucket. Room cleaning is very good, very gentle, always refills clean water, and other things. Breakfast has a big variety of choices. Standard europe - eggs, omelets, sausages, bacon and so on; fresh juices, coffee point with barista, chinese kitchen (noodles and so on), serials, fruits, pancakes and many many others. I like this hotel.
