The water from the toilet come out of the floor

It’s my second time here that’s why I booked again but this time they brought us to 6 floor it’s very bad experience, the room is so dirty . I don’t care about the size of the from as long it’s clean , bedsheets and smelly pillow it’s disgusting dirty bathrooms

Overall okay. 6 square meters for ~20USD but in the perfect area. A little hard to find in the maze of apartments. Reception gave us new toilet paper when needed. The common area has a fridge and a microwave in the hallway.

Poor service, unfinished decorations, no toiletries, unsafe to put your things

Great for a night or two. Not very much pleasing but the staff are kind.

Easy to access.. Management person and staff are very polite understand everything, guide very right to the point

The worst thing in my life , smell terrible,the Indian guy like to knock door and turn of the air conditioner from outside,not recommended to stay in this place even they offer it very low price.nightmare

They asked us to move to reliance inn coz they are full. The room is nice but only the aircon is not working. But the thing is its cheap and convenient for travelers. Nice area

No one should ever dream of booking this hotel . I got to the hotel . Then the receptionist made a call and took me to another hotel on the 12 floor. Very dirty, insects or the floor . No towel , to toilet roll , no soap . . Bad smell . I couldn’t even sleep . I let the hotel room around 2am . It was so disgusting. I wish trip.com will delete this hotel from their app .

There are no house keeping service for the clients 😔😔😔😔😕😕 the equipment is worse than others and the staff was very rude 😕😔😕😕 you must not choose 😡😡😡😡😡
