We stayed in the Ambassador Room with two adults and two children. The two beds were just right for four people, and the room was quite spacious with a balcony facing the sea. The overall environment was very clean. The room also thoughtfully provided universal adapters, as well as USB and Type-C charging ports, which was a very considerate touch, especially for mainland tourists. The Ambassador Room includes access to the Executive Lounge, which offers two meals a day – breakfast and dinner. While the selection of hot food isn't huge, the quality is very high. The salmon, ham, shrimp dumplings, sausages, and siu mai were all excellent. Between meals, they also provide drinks, biscuits, and candies, and the kids absolutely loved the cola-flavored candies. The staff in the Executive Lounge were all very friendly and provided service with a constant smile. Although there weren't any Disney character photo opportunities at breakfast, in the evening, there was a chance for kids to take photos with characters, which they loved. During our two-day stay, Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse came separately for photos. The hotel is right next to the sea, making it great for a stroll along the beach. There's also a maze in the hotel courtyard where you can search for Disney characters, which the children absolutely adored. While the all-day dining at the Ambassador Hotel is a bit pricey, considering the cost of meals, it's still a very good value. We will definitely stay in the Ambassador Room again on our next visit.

Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities, service, and environment are all excellent. On the second day of our stay, we got a big surprise though. The fire alarm went off, instantly waking us up. We quickly evacuated the hotel, shivering from the cold and completely clueless about what was happening. It was quite an alarming experience.

Came here for my child's birthday. The hotel's location is excellent, and the Christmas decorations inside are truly enchanting. They even gave us a towel birthday cake, which my child absolutely loved. However, we were abruptly woken up by the fire alarm in the morning. Guests were all confused, waiting downstairs in the cold, but the hotel offered no explanation or apology. The service in this regard was definitely lacking.

Price was not matching the room and view we got, the explorers lodge maybe more of an fair option but overall good service

Satisfied! The service staff were always smiling. We even took pictures with Mickey and Goofy at the buffet. Although it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and we had a comfortable stay.

Disney hotels are truly magical. This is our second time celebrating our child's birthday here, and the emotional value they provide is immense. It feels like living in a fairy tale; Disney takes care of you like a child, and you're just surrounded by happiness and joy. 🥰

Such a wonderful experience! The hotel is still as classic as ever, and it's so convenient for getting around. We bought a two-day pass and the kids played until 10 PM before heading back to the hotel. In the morning, the sunlight and all the little birds outside our room would call us to wake up.

Last time I stayed at the Explorer's Lodge when visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, but this was my first time at the Disneyland Hotel. I was surprised that a 20-year-old hotel could still be so impressive! It was excellent and I'm very satisfied. A few highlights: 1️⃣ The retro American decor, with beautiful details. 2️⃣ The bathroom had a window. I initially thought it was a decorative blind window, but it was a real one. The morning sun shining through was lovely. 3️⃣ The shower curtain actually had interchangeable patterns based on different themes. 4️⃣ The towel rack was very convenient and easy to use. 5️⃣ The blackout curtains were very thick, and the blackout layer was white, so from downstairs, you couldn't tell if the curtains were open or closed, ensuring maximum privacy. 6️⃣ The soundproofing in the room was excellent, so even though the hotel was full of children, I didn't hear any noise or commotion. 7️⃣ The hotel's back garden has direct access to the promenade, a exclusive private amenity you shouldn't miss. 8️⃣ All the hotel staff were warm, lovely, patient, polite, and attentive. This place definitely offers a lot of emotional value, it's all about the experience. Most of the staff are great, though there were a few with poor attitudes. Food and drinks were a bit inconvenient. It's lively and crowded, but you have to wait a long time for everything.

Even the most basic room type here is larger than the executive rooms at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel gardens are beautifully maintained; even if you don't go to Disney, it's very pleasant to stroll through the gardens and along the seaside.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday there in Disneyland Hotel. Their services were good. There were a lot of amenities free of charge and I like the swimming pool so much.

The service was incredibly warm, and the experience was perfect. The room was spacious, and the 24-hour room service was excellent. I had an amazing day there; it was a fantastic experience and definitely worth staying!

Highly recommend Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel! The facilities are a bit dated but very well maintained, and the service is excellent. Opting for the Kingdom Club was a fantastic experience! Both the kids and adults had a great time. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
